Opportunities to grow in the company are low
-Fellow employees are educative and helpful -During busy days you would wish you were not there but its helps to understand the costumers more -i've learnet to deal with difficult customers in a good way -Challenging aspect of the job is when customers don't understand that we sometimes do run out of stock

Good company to work too
With sterkinekor is a good company to work for they give chance to grow but there is a lack of communications else it is also good for start or to gain experience. The work is a bit challenging to interact with customers made me love my job

Easy and doable
It's challenging to deal with different faces everyday and challenges but we over come those challenges because we are a team and we have confidence in each team player, these no need to work under supervision because we know and understand the companies rules and what need to be done or applied for reaching targets. These nothing more important than paying attention to every little detail that concern your duties and attending every issue that's need to be solved with knowledge and respect, everything should be important despite the value . At the end, what's good for the company is good for me and every team player.

Good communication
Working to that company it's really help me to understand other poeple and to work with different kind of poeple mood poeple;friendly poeple arrogant poeple so it's really good company to me but the only thing that killing us hours and pressure but once you on it you don't fell all that and what I like most is the relationship with my callauges it's was wow we were family as I said I learn a lot to them love poeple take care of other poeple and what I enjoy most is a communication between the manager and staff that was wonderfully and the challengings is that the customer don't understand the situation they expect you to give what they want all the time because sometimes we as a staff we don't deal with suppliers so that the mains challenges when we didn't received what customer want and the problem it's not us is the suppliers.

Sterkinekor is busy company they need to emply more staff so that their business can be more active. Staff work long hours with no lunch which affect their productivity

Good learning
I enjoy when I make m customers happy and when I reach expected targets. Age restrictions is the most challenging aspect. My relationship with my co- workers is very good beacuse one of our value is to comminate so we always communicate with each other to my our job much easier.

Learning opportunities
When I started working at Sterkinekor I didn't know anything about the company but my preservarance, patient and desire made me wanna know more about. To gain experience I have to work very hard. I started as a cashier I won employee of the week and month. I was presented with a gift as a token of my hard work. Working under pressure and going extra mile are my daily good. I like learning new things everyday. My daily duties is opening the business.,dealing with customers and on the other hand u have to be there for you colleagues as a supporting system. Through my hard work I got promoted as a floor supervisor.

Excellent learning skill
My co-workers and i where very good at working together as a team in order to give our customers a very good service they.i had always took a very good care of my work station.i have learnt different way to treat customers and a good way to handle their anger.i enjoyed helping out customers and also giving them the information about my job
