The situation is suffocating and mundane due to lack of growth.
I visit different areas for enumeration which includes +/- 30households per day for enumeration driving about 200 km per day. I liaise with different stake holders and come back to the office to report back on number of responses I have attained.
Pros: Interacting with different people.
Cons: Long hours and lack of growth.

Deputy Director: HRM&D
My work entails lot of communication and interaction with employees such as Line Managers, Supervisors and Chief Directors. I provide them with HR related advises on various aspects of HRM such as performance management, handling of disputes and grievances, leave management as well as compliance to relevant legislative framework. My relationship with my client and co-workers is a good one even though there are instances where sometimes we don't have same views to different things. At the end of the day I encourage and accept positive engagement with the view of reaching to a common understanding for the betterment of our organisation. I enjoy engaging with my colleagues regarding various aspects of our work and research on the things that we found to be challenging, so that we can keep abreast of the changing world and technology. The most challenging aspect of my job is that employees and management depend on my expertise on the areas of HRM and I need to always be on point.
Pros: Working on a large organisation where I learn different things everyday.
Cons: Our department is project orientated and demands lot of courage and working long hours

Exploring and learning
My reviews are , the campay is big nd lots of opportunities if u a frim outside, u get to learn lots of things but the is no growth for someone inside the department, you do the samething for many years until you becime bored.....
Pros: You get to learn different and new things about your country.

Standards Developer
Desk top research, attending and chairing meetings. Good relationship with employees that I manage, I have leaned how to be pantual, creative communication and research skills. I enjoy working group meeting where ideas are bounced. Getting consensus among stakeholders for approval of the projects.

Good working relationship with core worker and subordinates
- Drafting of operational plans and monitoring performance by team members. -Interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. -Building a better relationship with co-workers. - Data analysis using SAS. Corporate culture. diversity in the work place. Leadership. Communication. Quality Control measures. Presentation skills. Data collection. I enjoy about informing the public about the financial status of local government institutions, interpretation of results and team work. The most challenges aspects of the job is working with respondents who do not respond on time. Short deadlines. Sometimes working long ours due to shortage of resources.

Great hard worker.
