I am always ready for any working condition/mode, I can overcome any challenges even that are unexpected. My co-workers work freely with me, I am easily approachable because I always give good advices in a professional manner. I have learnt that respect comes in two ways (give and get), treating each and every employee equally and not making friends at work. I always ask for clarity and advice where I do not understand. I enjoy working in a quiet environment because I am more productive that in a busy and noisy area. I enjoy working in a team because sharing ideas makes a good team work. The most challenging aspects of the job is when I have to deal with a difficult client or customer, I calm my self in this kind of situation and stick to the rules and procedures of the company and ask for advice or intervention of the superiors if I am overpowered.
Pros: I like to apply the knowledge and skills that I have gained so far and add value to the respective organisation.
Cons: I like to have time to spend with my family if there is a need to work longer hours than stipulated , I would like such to be communicated in advance to make arrangements to avoid conflict and get job done.

I have been part of the writing team for the living condition survey report.
My greatest strength lie in applying statistical techniques and I am a driven individual who wants to progress and obtain a data analyst position in an organization to utilize my analytical skills. Having worked on analytical reports I am now ready to take the next step in my career by joining a successful company. I constantly look for opportunities to listen, interact and learn from those around me, lending my hand towards achieving the ultimate goal of driving innovation and adding value to a high performing organisation. I am currently responsible for: Creating factsheets for municipality's profile. Performing analysis on given data using SAS and Excel. Writing municipal reports, outlining findings and making recommendations for improvements. Extracting data using Super cross. Data capturing and Research

I've learned a lot in that department my computer skills and knowledge, experience.
I've been in the computer almost every day. I have a lot of computer skills and experience because of this department and I know what to do when I have a deadline. My supervisor was a strictly professional and wanted the job to be done .
Pros: The is a great opportunity in that department is just that my contract ended with them.
Cons: I didn't have working hours but I have to be at work 7:30 everyday but I will knock off when I finished my work for that day.

Excellent learning curve
Controlling the switchboard and having to manage admin at the same time keeps you busy thee entire day. Everyone at Statistics S.A is like a family .i have learnt so much being in the office industry .I enjoy doing the admin work .When you have to handle difficult clients on the phone.

Data capturing experince
Data capturing experience Learning experience in a government department was a great experience in my life. I was expose to different section in such short experience of time. I learn research skills which was not part of data capturing skills.
Pros: Opportunity for working long hours is dedication to your work and be faithfull on being in time and leaving in time in the absence of you employer
Cons: Working long hours including extending your working hours for finishing the target, e.g extending hours when the dead line is around the corner

Data capturing
I am applying for a data capturing post in you company. i have worked for statistics South Africa for five years since 2012 until this year 2017 march. A lot of exposure and a great learning curve
Statistics South Africa is a learning organization. On a typical day my job includes teacher/leaner training and support on statistical literacy(which forms part of the Mathematics syllabus). Our stakeholders include all other government departments and other private companies who use our statistical products and tools ,I form part of a provincial team who are responsible for installing statistical tools like super-cross and training stakeholders on the use of these statistical tools. In my unit we are a very close-knit team as we are always working and travelling together. With an organization like Statistics South Africa you have to constantly learn and keep abreast with developments in the country as our data informs policies. The most challenging part of the job is dealing with different stakeholders from different walks of life and being able to address everybody's needs professionally and efficiently. I am a fast learner so I always enjoy and welcome the challenge, the work in never boring.

Cons: the unit I am working for is very small and I feel like there is no room for growth and promotion any more

Good updater of National conditions
My experience at the Statistics South Africa Working environment enables employees to be motivated and consistent in performing daily work. control environment guides employees in terms of organisational ethics and culture. It is within the tradition of the organisation for employees to see each other as fellow colleagues who struggle for the same purpose and who should strive to succeed for the same objectives, serve those we work for to the best of our ability. I have learned how professionalism is essential in a corporate world and its relevance, in a working environment there should be a common goal and work to achieve organisational goals and not individual. Nothing can give more satisfaction than completing the assigned tasks successfully and mastering my work The issue of conflicts in times of pressure, where you have with individual and give your full focus on task completion.

Handling incoming Calls regarding Census related queries
Statistic South Africa its a big company where i got to learn so much thing that i didn't know off and has improve my skills in call center and i enjoy working with the team so much as i managed to know and understand other people better and that two hands are better off one and the system we using its user friendly
Pros: Working on CS 2016 was a greet opportunity for me as i have learn a lot
Cons: We were working normal hours from 08:00 to 16:00

System of fast capturing, problem solving and stress management
I have learned how to work with other people as a team, and also work in an open plan area to be able to assist each other. Challenges was that system was problematic sometimes and did meet target on time and had to work long hours for a day work . But co-workers were able to assist in different ways as well as management.
