I was working as an store room cleaner and packaging stock in shelf. Making sure that the store room is cleaned. Packaging up the stock upto date. Facing up the old stock so that the supervisors can calculate it will. Palette packaging using trolley jack. Loading and off loading the new stock using the palette jack. Every Sunday cleaning up the cooling rooms and low temperature rooms. Making sure that there is no damages on the cooling rooms. Learning who to work with other people. Making my self to motivated other people about the work. I have the strong leadership and creative mind and I have learned who to solve problems.

Excellent learning curve
I Masego im a friendly individual,I love seeing those around me happy. I have learnt that at a working field you work for you not for anybody else. I hate not been treated equally with the other works. What I love about my job is seeing progress.

I am a hard working individual with passion and I enjoy challenges. I am ambitious and I also enjoy working with people for unity is power and I enjoy challenges a lot. I can work under pressure, and I am very creative and I like sharing my ideas, and giving others a chance to give their ideas so we can come up with a better solution for the business growth.

Fast learner, baking and cooking skills,
Team work is essential, I have learnt that. Working under pressure, when customers want something they want it immediately. Be willing to work long hours, sometimes some product get sold, so you habe to start afresh do what you have done. Help where there is need which is still team work, sometimes there is lots of customers and you have to assist in serving customers. Whenever you work with people you have to be patient.

LIMITED FOR GROWTH
long working hours ......i feel there is a lot of favoritism and victimization we are a team orientated with my co-workers . THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB IS HAVING TO LEAD AND DISCIPLE PEOPLE AS PEOPLE FEEL LIKE YOU ARE HARSH

Not growing
The company has new ownership, and has lost a lot of clients, management keeps changing, there is no room for growth as employees. Customers are always asking if we are closing down, because there is no stock. Some co-workers we are but some we are not because they come from outside the company and been given better jobs.

It was good
It was a new challenge for me it was good . iam a fast learner I am good with people I just want a new challenge new faces it was challenging but good my co workers and I got along very well I learnt new things everyday it was exciting

Good treatment
Spar is very good store. They provide quality products to everyone that buy at spar.the manager treat their employees in a fair manner and equally. The manager they like to build team work to their employees so that they can achieve a lot in business and they take the business in upper level so that they grow faster.
