Orders, stock control and salrs is the name of the game. Making sure we are the best in fresh and giving excelent customer service. Motivating and training staff hands on to make sure we have a good relationship and that communication is a priority. Leading by exsample and making sure that I, as the leader make a diffrence every day. Take on challenges and dealing with difficult customers will always be part of the daily running of the store and we use this to grow and better ourselves.

Excellent learning , excellent customer orientation, excellent communication written and verbal.
During work some other days are quite more difficult in a such a way that you will find yourself in a corner that you might just leave the job immediately, but persevere does pay indeed . working with my co-workers is very enjoying in each day I learn how to behave with each colleague. The thing I really enjoyed most is part of serving customers, dealing with new and existing one smoothing third behaveral challenge. The challenging aspect is long standing working hours , the whole day standing serving customers

Good learning
Basic work day with being allowed to make certain decisions but also asked to work as a merchandiser as store is not adequately staffed. Staff always get the better of management even if they do wrong. I once caught a person stealing with proof on camera and she was given a break and later promoted to manager as well
