What I have learned at FONTANA SPAR
Customer service: meeting different customers every day has build up my interacting skills and communication skills as it also makes me know and understand how to treat different customers and also assist them in every way I can. Most challenging thing is when we're out of promotional stock and you have to find a way in order to make a customer understand why is that certain product out of stock because it's on special
Pros: to obtain my drivers licence

Good learning curves
I'm a cleaner. Having a good relationship with my core worker. I've learned to work as team, how to treat customer. The thing that I enjoyed most is to communicate with different people. Facing rude customers was most challenging aspect.

Very good for non experience people
It Good for starters, mostly school leavers but it not a kind of a job to keep for life. The working hours are mixed up for students, rather take it for december.

Lead by example and be the change that you want to see
Any companies most valuable resource is its emoyees and if managed correctly its a surefire recipe for success a typical work day starts with a meet and greet of all staff and a plan of action for the day to tackle productivity levels and address any obstacles that may impede such progress in a manner which both fair and empowering to the employees.
Pros: people who are valued will go the extra mile for their company
Cons: overtime is not always the ideal solution, therefore tome management is crucial .

Excellent learning curve
Experience at working both independently and in a team orientated collaborative environment. I am Capable of performing any duty and then going all out to complete that task within the deadline given. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute duties. Always willing to learn any new challenges that life through at me I have tremendous pride in my work and believe to lead by example by working hard I am loyal and hardworking
