Work review
Relationship with co-workers are good we work as team. I have learnt many new things in the new environment. Everyday is different, we are always busy especially towards year end preparing for Christmas. I enjoy the most about this is I got to meet new people work in a lovely environment & I enjoy the challenge it came with.

Excellent learning and clean enviroment
-Good customer service -Long hours and too much work -Friendly stuff -Clean and neat place of work -I've learn to respect each other and. -To love your work -I've enjoyed doing customer service and knowing my customer needs.

Receiving stock
receiving stock on a daily basis. mundane and boring . staff are always polite and to the point. but management are always shouting , swearing and forgetting they're duties but the owners let them get away with murder lower employed are not treated with respect at all.
Pros: shorter hours on werk ends

Learnt how to take responsibility for certain
I learnt to work over time and as a team. Sharing tasks and having good communication skills(verbally and physically) . Offering good customer service always and been responsible too

Excellent
I started working at spar on the 22 april 2016. I was employed to work as a merchandiser at the perishables. I have an excellent relationship with the staff and have a good customer service. I was thought to do office job invoices an to the price to, create labels, downloud orders and to make claims.
Pros: i am good in creating displays for promotion items
Cons: yes i am able to work long hours and weekeds

Retail Store day
A typical day at work involves Opening or Closing, doing freshness and expiry checks with the Department staff. Then following production schedules to ensure cabinets are stocked and full before Opening time. Walking the floor whilst doing display Fridges cabinet temp checks and ensuring Promotion ends are stocked correctly. I enjoy leading and motivating staff by example, creating a positive buzz on the floor to create excitement for our customers. Challenging aspects obviously is dealing with staff, therefore one needs to handle all the HR issues, biased and professional concerning all staff as well.
Pros: Job satisfaction by seeing satisfying customers
Cons: Currently low salary and no perks

Excellent learning curve
I enjoy working at spar but unfortunately my contract is about to expire as Iam a learner there.Ihave gained a lot of experience there,I worked as a server in a deli, so i dealt with different customers and treat them in a humble way.I also worked at parcel counter and i learned to be careful and accurate and to recognise people. I worked at the till as well Ilearned to do cashbacks ,to transfer money,Ialso learned to do a quick pay ,like transfering money outside south Africa things like mukuru,hello paise etc, and to assist people in paying bills,like dstv,home choice,municipality,avon atc. My relationship with staff is very good. The most challenging part is when there is no network and someone transfers the money and the massage with voucher number doesnt go through and customer come back and fights not understanding what happens.

Cons: Working hours are normal
