Everyone in a work place have good or bad day. We are coming from different homes cultures everyone has his or her own behavior. What I learn try to understand everyone in your work place. Work according to the rules and procedures. Never please someone with something that can put the company at risk or yourself

Pros: I was a teller but trusted to supervise and manage other employees and the office
Cons: Handling different clients. Woking long hours not paying. Advertising different product to the clients and working with old people.

Hard wprker, reliable and commited

I enjoy working at the Post Office as it give me an opportunity to gain experience ad leaarn more about other cultures. Our relationship at work evry open tranparent and professional. My typical work day consits of: Capturing, sorting, scanning, receiving despatching and attending to client queries. Client queries

High performance environment

Planning and organizing what to do how and when is very critical because of the number of projects , tasks and meetings that one has to attend to . High energy levels are required because you have to be convincing to your stakeholders and customers. Maintaining Good relationships are very critical for support at all levels because you work with both internal and external customers and stakeholders. Competence in delivering the product and service is of utmost importance for success. Dealing with a variety of people and projects requires that one maintains flexibility and an open mind towards the completion of a tasks /project.The Ability to work under pressure is a requirement for delivery of service for the organisations sustainability.

This would be an opportunity to grow the market and expand to abroad countries

Meeting new people all the time. Meet and exceed customer expectations. Building and msintaining relationships and most of all their trust. Always try to give a contingency plan to an irate customer and making them feel important. Giving feedback at all times and doing follow-ups.

Working hard

Working with executives and board having to pay attention to detail.Making sure cost cutting measures are applied at all times . I can work independently without any supervision Making sure all company bookings are processed on time

Excellent opportunity for peronal development and learning curve

Make sure that systems are running on the maintained and supported environment. Migrate old systems to latest and supported environments. Manage both internal and internal service providers. Manage systems maintenance contracts and licenses.

Normal company with normal problems,colleagues is always there to help and motivate you,i'v learn how to be a manager at the company which help me also in my free time as to how to treat my family

Adaptive environment

Learning environment to be around in very challenging, it is enjoyable you learn new things most of the time and it has got friendly co-workers but it also has some most challenging tasks like selling invelopes, paying accounts and delivering parcels

Good worker

Am working as customer service, charge office, patrolling, stop n search and opening dockets. Am very willing to work with different people. Good communication with colleque. And I love my job . its my pleasure to help people
