Was good working as a team. Hard working and work under pressure . as a police officer you have to lead by example in the community, you have to uphold their safety and security as it is our first priority by combating crime, prevent crime, and also enforcing the law.

I am a dynamic female that is qualified to head up a challenge.
My day starts off with my morning emails checks and allocating work for the day as i run the region as coordinator. Followed by my morning Greetings to all around me with my coffee of course. Settled in I coordinate events for the region ranging from Tree planting events to customer and sales events. I just love meeting new people and interacting with them, knocking heads to get stuff done but all with humbleness of being a good person. I have learnt that not everyone is on your page and not everyone will jump to requests we have to be patient and do alot of follow ups without becoming a nuisance. i enjoy event coordinating because it challenges me and i love the success after . The most challenging part of my job is working alone in the region, if i had a few hands to help me i will definitely lesson my stress. Overall i am a bubbly, energetic lady.
Pros: I am blessed to have a job as i am a single mum with a downsyndrome daughter

Customer Liason Officer's Duties
My daily task is deliver customer expectation at all times. The smart principle and contingency plans is the key factors to success. Excellent listening skill and feedback is utmost important to maintain customer relationship and lead that the business grow from strength to strength. To enjoy challenged enable an employee to enhance the company's profile at all times. Taking pride in your work makes an employee becomes confident. Customer is key.

Excellent learning curve
Its good working at the post office.time management is very important and you should be target driven. Good latoonship with workers I have learnt that you should be target driven to work in the post office. I enjoyed traveling and working in the communities. Target part was challenge.

Great opportunity growth and technical enrichment
Excellent exposure environment, New thing everyday, never a dull moment. Learned a lot from a disciplined , hardworking and technically strong Boss. Again learned a lot from Human Resources and technical challenges I'm confronted with on daily bases, and still learning. Many opportunities to grow the business and turn it around with backing from Government, and bit of customer service training of employees . Intervention from Executive management and good leadership of labour is imperative.

Great exposure to board interactions
I have gained great experience in a very short space of time on operating at a National level. I have had to acquaint myself with operations’ details that have led to an increase of 16% performance in mail delivery within six months. This required winning over my team quickly and taking them with me, together with making a lot of unpopular changes to enforce accountability SAPO wide. I rose to the position of acting Chief Operations Officer with the departure of our CEO in July. This has exposed me to board interactions as an acting Director to the board of SAPO. The changes placed on accountability have led to an unprecedented overall corporate performance increase of 17% in two months. This performance improvement is now set for an over increase to 30% in the next two months.

Innovative Change Agent
I have keen interest in strategic objectives implementation. I carbon management programs in a filed of construction. I also have managed to include environmental management system ISO 14001 philosophy within the company. I am dynamic and follow up on ideas and turn them to add value to the company and it's customers.

Learning curve
As a Messenger at the post office, my typical day would entail delivering of documents,off loading and loading of parcels.We usually work in team of 10.My relationship with co-workers is professional,They are team players and that makes it easy to work with them and maintain an environment that in conducive for excellence.In my experience as a messenger, I have learnt the importance of communication and dedication.I enjoy interacting with different people within and outside my department.

Analytical and logical thinking
I have refined myself in the IT industry with hard work and dedication. I see myself as an ardent team player, but can work well independently as well. I perform well with any task delegated or assigned to me. I see myself as an "out of the box thinker" and believe that I can contribute as a new dynamic to any team. Communication, troubleshooting, people skills, problem solving, researching, analytical and logical thinking are some of my best attributes.
