Excellent learning curve
Hard working man available for relocation any places in this country and abroad, I currently working for South African police doing she rep duties I feel like is not enough to get experience in the department of heath and safety Let's create healthy and safe environment at work place and safe lives of workers Previous years companies they were loosing people due to occupation injuries and deceases, this is 20 centuries let's change that Looking forward to work for this company as safety officer

Great exposure
There is never a dull moment, constant challenges daily from clients and , custom and staff. The environment is currently Labour intensive. The culture requires changing to be more output based. Financial constraints result in major OHSA requirements that stifle productivity.
Pros: Great opportunity to modernize the work environment
Cons: Retrenchments are a given in order to survive but clashes with current economic problems at SOCs

High Performance Culture
I enjoyed working for the SA Post Office , workers at this SOC are a family. Working hours were reasonable if one refer to Labour Relations Act. It was sometimes my commitment to go extra miles in order to assist fellow co-workers to meet daily targets. I have learned several skills to apply in management of today to align my self with the fast moving world in terms of technology. The most challenging aspects of the job was to be left out in making decision but expected to manage unhappy employees, as an obligation I applied skills I acquired to overcome those daily challenges.

Excellent learning curve
I was working as a student as I was doing my internship. I had a great relationship with workers especially the management as I used to attend meetings for my department.

I would like to know if I'm being paid the right salary
I work Monday to Saturday with no bonus and no leave.just one off a month and we are being abused every time by our Manager she calls us by every kinds of words and tells us that she will fire us.

Business Improvement to review abnormalities and rectify to avoid bottlenecks.
AAna;yze productivity output to determine hours utilization versus volume input. Training of staff improves communicationand it meets set starndard. key factor is working as a team. Dai;y challenges improves efficiency. The most challenging aspects is to determine forecasting, it is difficult to predict.
Pros: The volume of work fluctuates on daily basis against hours allocated

Everyone in a work place have good or bad day. We are coming from different homes cultures everyone has his or her own behavior. What I learn try to understand everyone in your work place. Work according to the rules and procedures. Never please someone with something that can put the company at risk or yourself
Pros: I was a teller but trusted to supervise and manage other employees and the office
Cons: Handling different clients. Woking long hours not paying. Advertising different product to the clients and working with old people.

Hard wprker, reliable and commited
I enjoy working at the Post Office as it give me an opportunity to gain experience ad leaarn more about other cultures. Our relationship at work evry open tranparent and professional. My typical work day consits of: Capturing, sorting, scanning, receiving despatching and attending to client queries. Client queries
