Excellent learning curve
Working at the SAPS has been a rather fulfilling job. I have learnt something new everyday and it has helped me to perfect my craft. I'm always looking for new ways to grow my work and myself. I get along well with my coworkers we are one big happy family.

It will be an excellent learning curve
I am doing Security Management Diploma and i am now left with four modules to complete, which am going to complete in the first semester in 2018. CV uploaded is not a revised one, the recent one could not be uploaded at this moment. I am working as warrant officer at Institutional Intelligence and a team leader/Operational Commander with nine members under my direct command. I am a hard and dedicated worker and I hope you will invite me to come and explain to you how will I be an asset to your company with high and quality experience that I have obtained over 15 years in SAPS.
Pros: I working operational duties in fighting crime in different communities in Cape Town.
Cons: I work 08 hours a day for 05 days a week and once a month I am on standby over the week including the weekend. Expecting a call out at any given time when needed.

Excellent learning curve
The South African Police Servies is an employer that develops the employees to the peak of their hard work and the workload is highly impossible to measure the services,I have grown within the organisation and further want to learn other organisation environments. the work does not end within enforcement with regard to the work suppose to be conducted. my work environment is a team learning work and the relationship with my co-worker is the best as we all partake within the job and I learning every day about my work. I enjoy discussing cases on an investigation with the public prosecutors and the most challenging aspect of my work dealing with victims that do not want to assist.

Working with challenges
When working with the Police you must be more accurate and disciplined as it is a militant organization that protects the nation. You need to also know the principles of working and also ask when you don't know because if you don'task you will end up signing warnings but you learn a lot than being sitting and waiting for the complaint and iit'snot about crime only but also aacademically also is involved as I'm wworking for Strategic Management office.

Ability to communicate at all levels in the workplace
Ability to finish a certain number of tasks on a daily basis, by setting targets. Good working relations with fellow colleagues and respect each other. If we work as a team we can achieve more that working as individuals. Team work and open door policy in a working environment as it contributes to conducive working environment.The most challenging aspects is high rate of absenteeism.

Willing to learn
I am a person who is willing to learn new things, person who is full of challenges. I am a hard working person. My current job I work shifts and I am current studing diploma in Public Management. My relationship with my co-workers is very well. I am a person who gets along with people easy. What I have learnt about my job is that never take advantage of another person and If there is a conflict at your work environment it was just be resolved because we spend most most our time at work. The most challenging aspect of the job that I do is having to deal with difficult client and at the end of the day the matter has to be resolved.

It was internship to gain experience
The aim of internship is to gain experience ,To my course that i study at school.and i learned many things about human resources. I enjoy coordinating coursein training my team was hard work team enjoying work with them , to have hard working boss , if we have challenge they assist each other . South african police service i learned ranks or position . The post important thing they give instructIon to all in the organization.i enjoy to be student .

What I've learned
That being loyal to the company is important. That you are what you put into your work. And that only you can make the work place what you want it to be at the end of the day. Whether it being a happy place or a bad place. The challenges at work are mostly escapes ,minor cultural differences and communication barriers

Cons: Very slow promotion, you don't earn your worth

To explore my knowledge
I need that job in order to explore my knowledge and make the company name being on the international map and secure and protect their assets and do what is good for the company and it must rate itself on the top notch of well known companies that are well successful.
