Pros: Hard work, team player, good personality, trouble shooter, problem solving skills, time management, ambitious, career oriented.
Cons: Hate waking up early hence I always relocate closer to work.

Good experience,

This is a great company to work, you get to learn new things every day. The teamwork brings out the best of you. I enjoy learning things about aircraft.

Inspiring work Environment yet hecticly busy

A day begins with a decision making. One has long term/short term projects and daily tasks outside these projects. I have to decide what is most urgent at that point. My colleagues are of all ages and different races. Some are grumpy, stern, lazy and some a pleasure to work with. I Have learnt a lot from my colleagues, not just professionally but personally. The older generation holds a lot of wisdom and you just need to take a scoop of that wisdom. Professionally, It’s a deep end. My department (engineering planning) is the heart of that company. What is legislatively correct today changes overnight and you need to learn something new. I enjoy being allowed to think outside the box but within the rules. This is challenging though because some tasks may be bigger than you and I have failed many times but I come back stronger and wiser.

Pros: Learning never stops.
Cons: Promotions are rare

Good Company with great cultural diversity

Good company with a alot of oppertunities to offer and a great learning curve you get exposed not only to the HR pat but also the Aviation part. you deal with both employers and employees on a daily basis and everything has to be on point and on a professional level.

Pros: you get to experince the aviation world
Cons: you need to sometimes work long hours and overtime to get all the work done

Excellent working experience

A typical day for me was always the busiest and my co-workers always stepped up by assisting as we have a team culture in my section, all co-workers were introduced to the team working relationship which is hard to part with as everyone is used to the diverse and team player background. I am grateful for the experience that I had with my company as I learnt a lot that is actually assisting me with my current endeavors . The challenges that I experience with my employer prepared me for the challenging world out there and I will definitely make it out of any difficult and challenging situations. I enjoy resolving problems that I come through and those that my colleagues and subordinates throw my way hence I am able to work under pressure in any given any situation or challenge. The most challenging aspects of my job was to meet customer demands and reach all my daily deadlines as I was dealing with RFQs from customers/organizations and supplying the maintenance teams with parts/materials.

Qualified welder in GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, OAW AND OAC. Im a hard worker willing to work under pressure, willing to learn. Team player and i can work alone. We prepare plates and weld them according to plan Good and exciting working relationship I have learned to work according to plan and finish my job at the given time. I have learned to plan and follow instructions always.

Excellent learning curve and AVIATION experience

The company provides adequate Aviation standard training, but a job is not guaranteed. They provide relevant experience for various trades in the AVIATION industry.
