Really enjoyed working with Smollan Group

First before i was working with FSS as an assistant Delivery Driver for craft items before they could be changed to mondelez all over the regions. Ive learn a lot from them as a Field Marketer including negotiating for placing store orders and rotating stock regularly avoiding short dates .

Pros: Making sure any of my promotions there is a notable fsu or Gsu
Cons: Working 7am to 7pm was my goal reaching my target

Good platform for exposure and learning

• Recruitment- recruitment and selection processes and procedures, as well as training and development • Employee relations- Dealing with employee compensation, benefits and administration. • Support human resources department by screening and interviewing applicants; preparing payroll; orienting new employees; administering employee benefit programs • HR Administration and Industrial Relations • Cold calling • Meeting targets
