Great working with different peoples and share ideas with different cultures management
Working in smollan group is a great company and we had some good management and learning more in retails and wholesale industry. It a good people's in the company and gives more information on operation and handle staffs and clients to meet the deadline and targets given to the business it a challenge.
Pros: The smollan group they give offers for the staffs to get promoted according to the performance
Cons: The minimum hours is set to be 8 hours a day and for the deadline to be met timeously. ...it up to individual to set the goals and targets

The daily pressure that comes with the job builds you up
The organisation is well organised and keep signing exciting clients. The daily pressure of such a huge organisation can either build or break you. The job is a great challenge as i learn new things daily. Its not a routine job.
Pros: Huge organisation, you make it here then you can make it in any organization.

Excellent company to gain an all round experience in my preferred career path
I thoroughly love my job and company that I work for. I enjoy working with and building relationships with people from all levels within the business. There is however lack of growth opportunities within the Westen Cape

Good company except #merchandising services.
Smollan Group is an excellent company to get into. Only problem aspect is #merchandising services because as field staff our clients can be demanding etc uses the field staff as if it is there own. In other words we do our duties plus we have to do other duties that they feel they can assign to us that not even part of our agreement with the smollan group.
Pros: 13th cheque if u are a permanent employee

It's always great working with people and having huge responsibility like salaries and etc...
It's a huge organisation that educates one to approach different types of sales people and how to manage staff and time management is u huge factor as after hours is required to collate daily feedback and put PowerPoint presentation together as a standard of feedback.

Excellent learning curve
It is a excellent Company to work form they just need to look at the Senior manager at the Business Uints on the office level as they do not live the same values as the Smollan Family.
