My work is the busiest, as there r always costumers needing attention. Packing of stock, checking of PI labels, ordering stock, checking of outdated and expired stock.
Pros: Learning to work as a team, learning to work under pressure and excelling,

Learned a lot in sales industry
Its nice to work at my company because I engage with people of different characters and people who come from different backgrounds.And it makes me build my self esteem.I learn a lot from other department because shoprite has many department. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues;they are open minded;friendly and supportive.What I enjoy most at work is to give the best customer service. I have leanerd that at a place of work if you don't understand something ask and learn and improve.

Trainings
I was very excited when I came to this company in 2014 as I did not know any experience of a job but since I got here I went through different stages but I learnt a lot of things and now I feel its time to move on and find a new opportunity(challenge), One other thing that I like about it is team work and that I learnt to multitask
Pros: its very nice in this company they check your potential and passion for promotin(hardwork pays)
Cons: I just hate the fact that we do not have specific lunch time, but all in all everything in shoprite is just good,you learn as you go.

Learning curve
I have learned a lot at Shoprite how to grow a business the importance of customer service the importance of hygiene and to work hard in other to reach goals

I'm a hard working person
I'm working as stock administrator .my work is to investigate loss stock uncaptured invoices and to fix stock ledger .I have learnt how to deal or handle difficult customers as I'm also a pricing administrator.I'm a hard worker and always eager to learn new things . Working on the sales floor is one of the department that i enjoy most because i get a chance to talk to the customers and find out how they feel about our services.socializing with customers helps us to improve our customer service .I Have a good relationship with my colleagues .
Pros: When I star working at shoprite i was a stock counter .I got groomed within the company and also given a chance to learn its operating.they also gave me an opportunity to any other department within the company.in 2015 I got promoted as a junior manager (stock administrator).

Fast learner & can work under pressure
A typical day at work was sorting out the stock room and make sure that the sales floor was full at all times and to off-load the delivery trucks and pack stock in the stock room. My relationship with my co-workers was a good relationship and worked well together. I learned how to off-load stock from the delivery trucks and to work under pressure and how handle a single aisle on my own. I enjoyed working with my co-workers and manager because they were very friendly and not very uptight. The challenging aspects of the job was to off-load +- 5 delivery trucks with 14 pallets or more and to remove it from the rolling belt and pack it again in the stock room, but I got used to it at the end.

Good in reading and on computer
they are punctual,humble and bring excellent consumer service and we used to work under pressure all the time to bring our company into excellent services we had a good times with other colleague my challenges was working night shift.

Best learning curve
typical work day start when we are not working together bcs working together as a team we can do more, and my relationship with them is very good since there is no personal vendetor between us, as so far ive learn how to create a good relationship between customer and employees,time management, how to be inovative and a the team builder,so i enjoy mostly when i get things right bcs the most challenging things is when u failing to over come a to do list. thank you.

Excellent trained
I was working very hard every day and was not pamanent for more than a 3 years. I was persevering because I like to work with people and I learned many things how to take care of the customer. I know to smile and speak to customers very polite
