I like working as a inventory clerk because I enjoy my work very much and I like my job.

I like working I'm a hard working I do my work good at all the times I like working with people I do my work good.and working in my company I have learnt so many things and what I enjoy most about my when I'm put work on my computer and most challenging thing it when I'm checking the dates.

Excellent learning

Hello I'm Solomon Monyela, I have seen your post for pick and packer, i do like this position. I worked for about 2 years as a shelve packer. Customer service

It is not a 8-5 job, it is a retail.

It is not a 8-5 job, it is a retail career. Relationships build at Shoprite will be defined as wil stop with anything to help each other out. The most challenging parts were to adapt to the everyday life changes in the retail market and customer need.

Pros: The knowledge around and throughout the whole company and logistics is a good learning area.
Cons: Not a very rewarding job

The department at work are open to learn from it

The day to day work make yourseft challenging in Mandel and physically. Putting the stock in the sheft are well in night because customers are not buy and walking closing the shefts but daily customers are busy buy and companys who they stock are in the shop hired they own employees.All department in the shop have own manager including back and front have managers

Pros: The promotion are not that easy to take.
Cons: The overtimes not paid unless you agreed with managers

I gain more information and working experiences

I'm capable in recieving admin clerk I have gain this expirience from my previous company and the experiences that I have hoping its makes me an asset to many companies.I love my previous Job as i had a good relationship with my colleagues and management

Cons: I worked 8 hours a day there was no overtime and 40 hours a week but myself im prepared to work any hours and overtimes

Learning curve

My typical day is receiving and capturing invoices and capturing returns before sending them.my relationship with my colleagues is highly appreciated and I also enjoy interacting with people

Pr in retail

Great working experience. I have worked with various stakeholders in marketing, sales, pr, communications and CSI. It has given me the opportunity to work on various projects which were coordinated by myself and led by me. I have also been involved in training on customer service for all agents in the 119 stores where I operate.

Pros: Great platform to grow as a hard worker
Cons: No work life balance
