My name is Thirusha. I worked over 5 years in a retail in a retail enviroment where i learnt various skills and knowledge that is in my cv. I also went for SETA training in customer service. Excellent trained
I was working very hard every day and was not pamanent for more than a 3 years. I was persevering because I like to work with people and I learned many things how to take care of the customer. I know to smile and speak to customers very polite

Hard working person
Im a hard working person n i take my work very well. Im able to work in the team n also to sell n com up with new ideas. Im a hard working person and am flexible i cn work overtime n work during the fay or night. I love my wirk i always make everything on time such like the tadk u give it to me to do i gov it back before the due date and time because i dnt want to delay any profit in the company.

Its nice to work with customers
It is so nice to work with customers because I learned a lot from them,others they keep on come in the shop couse of the good interaction between us. We were even had some problems but we endup smile couse of sweet and good strategies we have.

Fast learner
My duties is to make sure the department run smoothly and have full range of stock(ordering),making sure my team perform well,knowing customers needs and expectations when they enter the store,good customers service starts with me and team members by being clean and presentable,neat.our relationship it's good we work as team,I enjoy helping customers, I have learnt that you don't argue with customers, and working as a team gives better results,most challenging aspect are when the delivery came late,when team members took time to catch up working strategy

Hi my name is Sihle Mdudi. I studied retail management at Omni HR. I'm fresh out of college. I have my working experience in ratail. When I did my program as part of the Shoprite Checkers development trust, I got to do my practicals at Shoprite Naledi Mall. As part of my practicals I worked on all departments. I am a hard worker and always looking to expand my skills and knowledge. I do have a ppt driver's licence which can still for the next two years
I was working at shoprite checkers from centurion as a picker for 8 months i quit the job because of working hours plus salary i was working 11 hours a day with less salary and the job was hard but this it was not a problem problem it was the money i was earning in a hour which was 17.36
Pros: i was earning R19.36 per hour after train
Cons: 07:00 to 19:00 which is half day
