Working for this company helped me a as it was my first job. The journey has taught me a lot about myself and career. How to work with people, on being a leader and leading by example. To being hands on,teaching others how to cooperate with tough customer. Making and taking good decisions that will benefit the company. How to deal with problem employees. To always be prepared and think on feet, make follow ups on what ever issues. I have gained experience on different departments all around the store. One think that I loved is working with different types of people including customers because you learn a new thing every day.

Good communication
Im a very hard worker and i really need this job i want to work as much as i can .and i kwon how to treat customer wisely im a cashier at shoprite theku mall so i want to find another position just because of my salary i know to communicate with my co-workers

Iam a hardworking person
iam the person who like my job and iam not afraid to ask if i dont understand iam the person who like to learn iam the person who like to know everything thing in the company and even is not my job iam the person who like to help about other job if iam not buzy with my job

Good learning experience
I've been an admin manager for 4 years, currently the sales manager, well experienced at retail and also front desk admin. My hours have be non less than 12 hours a day.

Lean quickly
We maker sure that the team is alwasy ready to stard the day,we werk as a team and so we alos make sure that we comunicate in the correct menner coz the way we re-ect give the customer a clear picture of whta kind of people we are,a good behevia n good comunication gaves a good refletion of aur business

I can learn very quick
Phumeza mteto has a 10years of experience in retail industry and I'm very good at what I do, I worked in cash office as a cash office clerk doing filling, switchboard operater inbound and outbound, balancing money's, sassa and cashing up.

Great environment feeled with love and warmth
I have learnt customer service. Interacting with different people and cultures. Enjoy working with the stuff and being productive.Challenging part was producing production while customers are waiting for production during the day. Dealing with complaints in a calm manner
