Excellent learning curve
Company is culture is divers which is great as on improves their interpersonal skills. Best thing about a government agency is you can learn different skills in different departments as long as you follow due process. I have moved from Compliance, Audit, Assessment, Customer Service and Education.

Definitly learn alot about the countries financial affairs
I am a very positive person and communicate well with my co-workers. I am also very submissive to authority. I enjoy working with the different department and learn a lot about their jobs, with the result of growing within the company. The one thing that i love is the challenging part if legal within the different types of taxes. Great working environment.

Excellent
Organisation is big and lot discover and learn.leading the region of get work done by people, therefore leading, mentoring and providing strategic guidance. Interested in people equipping and development. Get the best from the people and motivation are among my strong qualities. Most challenge is when I cannot get through to vision or goals. My typical day is starts of with operational meeting with review of challenges facing teams and establish way to resolve. Share best practices with my colleagues etc. Engage problematic taxpayers in order to resolve their accounts issues. Enjoy empowering team at individually, building self esteem.

My 31 year experience at sars
Require a career change. No opportunities to progress further in a higher position. Limited training and support. Negative publicity regarding sars. Low staff morale. Good working relationship with co-workers. 7 to 4 Monday to Friday. Office location is not in a good or safe area. Office is in s basement with no natural light. Pension payout not guaranteed.

Excellent learning curve
I proactively take initiative or initiate to do what is right for any organisation I work for and its mission. I always strive to make an extra effort beyond the normal requirements of my job. My previous roles have developed my planning, problem solving, organisational and communication skills. In addition to being flexible, I am highly motivated and committed. I am able to work different kinds of shifts and under pressure. My ability to persevere even under undesirable circumstances has brought me to a point where I am not only proud of the person I am becoming, but it has also made me realise my potential.

Challenging enviroment
I love challenges and also upskilling my self. SARS enables one toto learn more everyday, there are different department which work closing together inorder to achieve the main purpose of collecting revenue and making sure all taxpayers abide with customs regulations.

customer service focused excellent client service enviroment i have gained ample experience and knowledge in the workplace and am ready to experience different corporate enviroment and also hone the experience gained in the custmer service enviroment.
