Good work ethics better relationships

starting the day with morning meeting, checking my to do list , going through previous day work list to see if i completed all task. Relationship with co-works - have good relationships with most of them and others has become more of personal friends rather than just co workers. ive learnt that having built good relationships in the office space makes tasks easier and creates a more pleaslifework environment. i enjoy working with people and to have the ability to give s helping hand where i can. What i find every challenging ? Everyday is s new challenge and how you get through it is just having the right attitude and making the best of each day.

Having elevated from sales to castomer car was a grate learning curve for me.

At Santam,we started off our days energetic as we would hold early team meetings to share ideas on how to hold work for that day and congratulate those who worked phenomenally well on previous days.I have learnt to unlock skills and capabilities,through setting a positive mind and great attitude can get us anywhere we want to be in life.we were incentivised for doing grate job.

Pros: I started with the company in 2016 doing salesand in 2018 i elevated to customer service inbound and out bound. With that being said, the company offers good growth opportunities.
Cons: The longest hours worked would be to work from 8am till 7pm as overtime.

No retrenchment

Great company to work for has stability there is no retrenchment however growth is not h and the salary looks good but no benifits are subsidized and in the end salary is not that Good

Excellent learning curve

Typical work say consists of attending to your emails from brokers as well as clients enquiring about their recovery status of their claims .you also attend to your portfolio of claims and also attend to attorney general queries that you receive from time to time

My outstanding characteristic is the fact that I am extremely sociable and enthusiastic. I am always helpful in any situation. Being intellectual is one of my strongest qualities. Best of all I love to be independent and original. My knowledge has grown tremendously since starting in the motor industry, and I simply enjoy this field. I am looking to secure a position in the motor industry whereby I can bring strategic value as well as develop my current skillset further.

Working for my company has taught me so much, dealing with different individuals with different personalities and their hectic schedules, I've gained so much experience working with executives people who are always in demand, managing their diaries, their multisectoral trips , events and all other adhoc functions,

After 12 months

DUTIES 1. Receiving visitors, making phone calls and scheduling appointments. 2. Tracking and monitoring of reports and deliverables. 3. Managing the daily office operations for the CEO of the company. 4. Filing important company documents. 5. Receiving emails, replying to them and notifying management of the important ones. 6. Liaising new business for the company. 7. Developing and preparing presentations for the CEO and other board members. 8. Doing all the office work and extra work for the company. 9. Preparing the boardroom for meetings. 10. Booking flights and accommodation for the CEO and the shareholders of the company 11. Taking down minutes and typing them. 12. Doing all the administrative duties. 13. Using of systems called Avaya and CRM.
