Great company to work for has stability there is no retrenchment however growth is not h and the salary looks good but no benifits are subsidized and in the end salary is not that Good

After 12 months
DUTIES 1. Receiving visitors, making phone calls and scheduling appointments. 2. Tracking and monitoring of reports and deliverables. 3. Managing the daily office operations for the CEO of the company. 4. Filing important company documents. 5. Receiving emails, replying to them and notifying management of the important ones. 6. Liaising new business for the company. 7. Developing and preparing presentations for the CEO and other board members. 8. Doing all the office work and extra work for the company. 9. Preparing the boardroom for meetings. 10. Booking flights and accommodation for the CEO and the shareholders of the company 11. Taking down minutes and typing them. 12. Doing all the administrative duties. 13. Using of systems called Avaya and CRM.

Excellent learning curve
I am in a very different industry for the first time ever since I started working as a Credit Controller and feeling so relaxed and cared for by my colleagues. I have learnt that a high salary is not important but the peaceful work environment. I enjoy the laughter in the office. The most challenging aspect is only on month ends when I have to leave huge unmatched claims due to incorrect claim numbers and or having a claims that have been raised incorrectly.
Pros: Good opportunity for me to learn how insurance companies work.

I'm currently underwriting new commercial business and looking after big brokers, etc with related to commercial underwriting and requesting survey for all complex new business. Account queries, dealing with claims queries.

It has given me the exposure of handling things on my own and making final calls as I sit fit.
My typical day at work is organizing of meetings and events with different stakeholders- high pressure environment at times. I am currently managing two seniors managers diaries. My work ethic and relationship is of high quality because I treat the people I work with with great respect because I know I expect the same. I get along well with every team member. Through my years of working here and as an administrator- time is of great importance proper planning is key. What I enjoy most about my job is being responsible for projects and working with them from start to finish.
