I am currently working as logistics Practitioner at Samancor Tubatse ferrochrome for more than 11years and I completed my B-Tech degree in production and Operations management at Tswane university of technology.

Not gettig the opportunity to grow and further my career.

Not doing what I learned for. And want to expand my knowledge and further my career. Thank you for opportunity to say something. But I do not have much to say. Except what I have just mentioned. Because I am working for the company for two years now. And did not go on any coursescourse. Not even supervisory or programming, or just for SAP.

I cope very well under pressure good

-I planned ahead my daily inspections I hv a very good working relationship with both maintenance and production employees -I'm learning every day when it comes to engineering the plant challenges -starting a day or shift with toolbox talk and team building -plant breakdowns and fault findings
