Good experiance

I love my work. And so i give my all when i am at work. I would like to learn more in my line of work. Where i am now the learnig oppertunitys are limmetid.

Great people

Management doesnt always know what to do. Great people that works with you. Low area and small work spaces make work difficult .plenty of challenges regarding spare availability but always got the job done

Excellent

Maintain jaw crusher, overhaul kind of valve/pumps.Hydraulic-pneumatics system readings. Replace bearings by means of using chat,boiler maintenances, maintain screw conveyor, alignment of conveyor belt, maintain single and double derk screening, install and replace magnet conveyor belt, v-belt/pulleys replacement, gearbox maintain. Most of the time I like challenging and fault findings

Poor payment

Working at Samancor is great if you have no expectations regarding salary or if you have no interest in being able to be self sufficient. Work relationships are always getting mixed with politics. A normal day consists of working your fingers to the bone only to be poorly compensated.

Cons: No respect or care for employees

I work with a group of family, there is unity and everyone is all in

Hello the company I work for is good, however there are challenges and job security issues but other than that we producing and hopefully there will be a security for our jobs

Cons: No bonus and salary is a little compared to the market
