My relationship with my fellow colleagues is excellent, so much I have learnt from the company interms of its culture. The most challenging part is safety in the company hence the company is working hard to ensure safeness in the company

I have a very good relationship with my fellow colleugeas, I have learnt so much as far as the job is concerned. The most challenging aspect of the job is safety, we strive so much to maintain safe in our environment

Shift worker with 5 people reporting to me. first line maintenance inspection of plant and equipments. safety meeting on daily basis. Team brief about safety and topic of the month KPI's
Pros: Great opportunity to career growth.
Cons: working 12hrs shift when one is off duties

Excellent learning curve
Preventive maintenance, inspection, repairs and fault finding on Cranes 55Tons and Hoist 15Tons. * Monitor and maintain Three 21MVA single phase Transformers (33000V step down to 176V, 485A to 64250A) including monitoring oil levels, testing of safety devices ( Buccholz relays, Pressure release valves, Fire suppression systems). * Inspection, monitoring and adjusting limit switches for the Furnace electrodes slipping devices, changing Bus Tubes. * Inspection, maintaining, repair or replacement of all electrical equipment and components including Motors, Pumps and Fans ranging from 0,5KW to 1800KW, Lights, Plugs, Portable electrical equipments, Trip wires, Limit switches, Proximity switches, Level sensors, Soft starters, Variable speed drive, Contactors, Overloads, Relays, Timers, circuit breakers. * Inspection and maintain of 110V Battery's protection panel and UPS systems, switching High Voltage and Isolating 6600V breakers.
Pros: I would like to grow and develop within a company where team work plays a role, resources and opportunities are offered to develop employees and maximize organizational productivity.
Cons: I'm will to work weekends, overtime and standbys.

Leadership role at the company, Coaching and Working as ateam.Problem solving ,inspection of machines and plant on daily basis ,do SAP HR for employees reporting to me , daily safety meeting for team brief and KPIs Logging nearmisses.And first line maintenance on plant equipments ( fault finding)

Cons: 12 hrs shifts when one foreman is off duty

Excellent
Maintain jaw crusher, overhaul kind of valve/pumps.Hydraulic-pneumatics system readings. Replace bearings by means of using chat,boiler maintenances, maintain screw conveyor, alignment of conveyor belt, maintain single and double derk screening, install and replace magnet conveyor belt, v-belt/pulleys replacement, gearbox maintain. Most of the time I like challenging and fault findings

Responsible for electrical and mechanical equipments. Coaching Subordinates. Daily inspection of plant. Doing IDPs for them team . Time management SAP HR. Team building . Behaviour observations on employees. Target selection( Interview) Working as a team leader.
Pros: Great opportunity to career growth.
Cons: working 12 shift when a colleague is not at work.
