Great learning environment
Great learning environment for a junior design. One learns alot about television, production, time management and freedom to express through design. The hardest part about the job is the clients one deals with, they have no time frame or have any time management capabilities and require huge design and animation jobs within a certain time frame.
Pros: Hard working and dedicated.

Excellent
i work for 8 hours and i have learnt to build and setting up a professional Radio Broadcasting Studio and i enjoy to develop software and to fix broken IT infrastructure and the most challenging aspects is to work or fix live Radio Broadcasting Studio because the radio must not go off air and i must fix it while world wide listening to it, and also working on network that is live, it must not shut down as it will affect the company as hole including 5 TV station and 20 Radio Station

Working with others as a team

Day to day relation
I work as an asset Verifier which consists of verification of assets ensuring compliance with the accounting and financial policies and ensuring completeness and accuracy of assets on the floor to tje register therefore I work a lot with people through visiting the offices and work spaces, thay has tought me to be a people's person, to have patience for different people with different personalities and I like thst a lot.

Great learning opportunity
Attending to customer queries: walk-in, telephone and email clients. I had a good working relationship with all my colleagues across of levels. What o learned was keeping calm under pressure, always ensuring to get all information required before making decisions. What I enjoyed the most was the opportunity to learn new things from and about different departments, as well as having a client leave our offices feeling happy with my service. The most challenging aspects of the job were having to deal with very difficult and rude clients

Great opportunity
Drafting, reviewing and or vetting of commercial contracts, interacting and advising the business unit on various legal, attending to business and staff meeting. I work well on my own together with our team/ colleagues. Since my employment at the SABC, I've learnt a lot about corporate and commercial governance and litigation in the media and broadcasting space. I enjoy working independently and meeting the targets. The most challenging thing at work is when many request comes at the same time and on an urgent basis, but that is a positive challenge because it assist you to prioritize and push yourself beyond your expectation especially when I deliver and the business manage to meet their deadline.

Very ambiguous. Loved every moment. Would not trade it for anything.
Work day consists of being around different people 8 hours of my day. Different personalities and different tempers. I can honestly say that was the most exciting. I love people. I loved my co workers. I especially got along with my Supervisor, he guided me in ways I could only ever dream of, and I always strive for better. I have learnt that patience and listening is very important when u have different people you report to.
