Good foundation
Good day I have been with the Navy for more than 10 years and I have learnt a lot during this time. My interpersonal skills have been developed beyond my imagination, computer skills since my work is 80% computer based. I have also seen my leadership skills flourish since I got entrusted with leading roles in many activities and currently in a supervisory level, my reports speaks volume and the awards I have obtained since I became a senior operator. Communication is what I do for leaving and it's what I have been practising since I joined the SA Navy and I enjoy it a lot. The challenging parts of my job would be shortage of resources and limited career growth opportunities but other than that I'm copying very well
Pros: Self development opportunity which produces a great individual
Cons: Absence from home for lengthen period

Looking foward to a new challenge
I am a very kind and energetic person. I am a team player, work well with any group of people. Working under minimum to no superviosion is not a challenge at all. I have worked as a technician for the SA NAVY. Through that i learned performing maintenances on a lot of machinery including engines. I also did supervisors work in the technical branch as i was appointed as the head of engineering stores. I enjoy solving challenges be it at work or at home. I get joy in reaching a conclusion to any task given to me.
Pros: I am ready for any challenge
Cons: I have no problem with working hours

Great starting point
It's a great start, I've learned a lot and the environment is friendly, co works are as close as family, my day usually starts with rall call at seven forty and then administrative work like filling and bookings, then scheduling meetings, attending walk ins, attending monthly, and quarterly meetings, reports and agendas and we have gym. Usually taebo or walks up the mountain. Then afternoon both watches, because it's the military we get to have parades and deployment where we do Ohasa on site. I enjoy the social gatherings which happen every term, and the most challenging thing is on the job inspection as people pretend to be safely conscious. But I would like to experience things outside the defence force.p
Pros: Growth opportunities
Cons: Can be too military

Excellent career startup
My typical day at work is mostly maintenance and waiting for the task to do; in the organisation like this one I am currently at teamwork is the most important aspect of our tasks which includes safety as one of the highest priority, especially when we conduct exercises like personnel transfer exercise from one vessel to another and when we conduct torpedo recovery fired from submarine. I have learnt to discipline myself even at worse situations and respect my subordinates even when I do not wish to, I enjoy lifestyle of the organisation due to high level of discipline they enforce and the most challenging at this job is to stay safe and keep others safe
Pros: off days during shitfs
Cons: long queue on promotions and minimal incentives
