Awarding hard work with merits.
Excellent learning curve there was growth promotions and appreciation of your hard work through merits. Daily work was a challenge and and learned a lot by scalling your work done by compilling your daily statistics which revealled your daily performance. My relationship with my co workers was good. I have learned how to lead.facillitate the Offenders do contact tracing teach my sub odinates and co workers new developments. I enjoyed facillitation of the ofenders and the DCS staff. The most challenging aspect was when the statistcs of the data capturer did not tally. S

Learning person
I m a hard working person , a go getta , I m a team player I m flexible to whatever environment, humble and integrity, love working as team , problem solver willing to learn when corrected, I m an action oriented, self motivated , i m a well organised who have love and caring I am able to work under pressure I m prepared to start immediately, im a person who want to reach my target on time, I m having a good relationship with my collegues, working with different people iv a learn a lot to them I ve learn how to deal with different characters , how to deal with conflict and different kind of people, what I enjoy most , I enjoy learning things that I didn't know , I like studying , challenges when you recruited patient to come for circumcision only to find that they don't show up

Working experience
Am a hard worker , have good communication skill. Very understanding person , able to work under pressure , I like team work . open to new ideas , in my working experience I learned a lot on how to communicate with my co workers , respect at work is important . and never bring personal things at work.

Horizon Broadening
I can work an 8hour day, weekdays only preferably. I am able to work alone yet can also play in a team with innovation. Work is best done when we share instead of relying on others to do one's duties. I enjoy activity involving type of work so to keep my energy levels stable. Challenge is not having a car but relocation can be an option should a need arise. I also feel that given a chance I can learn more and expand my horizon so to deliver quality in my designated position.
Pros: Learn as much as possible and never miss trainings and/ or courses.

Great at prioritising
I am an admin assistant. My daily tasks are to check emails, and do whatever tasks are requested of me by the project manager, I have to upload leave from staff on ess daily. I have to give feedback about any hr related tasks at our site. It is my duty to communicate any information that came from project manager. I have to keep and type minutes of meetings at a professional level.
