Horizon Broadening

I can work an 8hour day, weekdays only preferably. I am able to work alone yet can also play in a team with innovation. Work is best done when we share instead of relying on others to do one's duties. I enjoy activity involving type of work so to keep my energy levels stable. Challenge is not having a car but relocation can be an option should a need arise. I also feel that given a chance I can learn more and expand my horizon so to deliver quality in my designated position.

Pros: Learn as much as possible and never miss trainings and/ or courses.
Cons: Working on weekends

IT leadership in NGO environment

The typical working day is filled planning for the department, providing operational oversight, managing spending, stakeholder management, and providing support and leadership to the team. The IT team is cohesive and works as a unit. I have learnt to make difficult and swift decisions in a fast paced environment where variables are ever changing. I enjoy leading a team of committed staff who are ever supportive and creative. The most challenging part of the job is the uncertainty that inherently comes with the NGO environment due to unpredictability of funding.

Pros: Great opportunity to be creative
Cons: Lack of work life balance

I have excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, negotiation and computer skills

The working conditions at my current organization are very conducive. We work from 8 to 4h30. Since I have the ability to work in a team as well as individually I find very simple to work with my team even under stressful conditions. I have learnt a lot about the cervical cancer program especially the prevention and treatment thereof. I enjoy being a given tasks with deadline because I find it challenging and I am up for any challenge when it comes to my job. Patients who are lost to follow up make it difficult for us to complete a task for a quarter.

Pros: I am willing to learn at anytime when given an opportunity.
Cons: I am flexible can work shifts and public holidays when required.
