It was good always a place to improve

I myself Mr sipho zimba introducing myself to you.ambitious, reliable, responsible and trustworthy.i take my work very seriously.i can work as a part of a group and as an individual.i work well under pressure and handle everything well.i have extensive experience as a machine operator.if u can give me this opportunity you won't be disappointed.

Very exciting to work there because we get to learn how food affect our dialy lige routine

Rhodes food group is a great company whereby it produces high quality meals for there consumers. For me working at the company gave me confidence since i start .. The bosses had so much faith in me and trusted the decision i took.generally speaking i would say im very proud ro have worked there and the the knowledged i acquired there was very much accepted .the relationship with my co-workers was great since we were both working toward achieving a same goal.the most important thing we did as workers and bosses we did a lot of bonding in amd off the work place we had gathering to chill and encourage each other how to handle the pressure and work. Challenges are there everywhere expecially working with your pears but i think they make you grow and be focused enough to overcome them

Pros: Promotions are there but very limited
Cons: During stock takes time is not a guarantee

Showed me a different kind of working environment

Worked in a factory baking pies, cookies an muffins, learnt how to mix products an pack the finished products; cleaning workstations an Baking utensils before knock off

Pros: It's an opportunity to build myself up and it will give me a chance to work for my son an grandparents
Cons: Can't knock off when working station dirty, or product is still in the machine running, you have to wait for everything to be completed first then clean so you can knock off. No over time was paid

Excellent learning curve

I think it's a good company because when u got your qualifications it gives you a chance to improve yourself.they follow the rules and regulations.I enjoy working there because they got qualify management.

Excellent Self Growth/Success

Due to different production facilities inner growth equals to success. There's opportunities to work with all different departments. (Finance, Marketing, Production, Technical, QA, NPD etc)

Pros: Great opportunity for growth.
Cons: Long Working Hours and Weekend Working
