Excellant learning curve and was part of a highly skilled team
I start working at Aspen Pharmacare in the postion of shift leader and work myself up in 17 years into the position of Production Manager and Validation Manager. My duties:Building new manufacturing facilities, installation of new equipment and testing of new equipment.

Honestly, and good relationship
Am into IT field like using telephone and using computer that's my favorite job, when coming to discussion I listen to the opinions and talk after, its step by step if we need clear solution. Good relationship with my co-workers its important also team work. I learn to work under pressure.

Fast learner

Busy company with a big area to cover and allot of clients to keep happy on a daily basis
We worked mostly with the mines and powerstations in the witbank area. Constant discussion about prices of service and parts, tech availability. Biggest struggle was getting the Contractors Packs in place and approved on all the mines. Biggest thing i learnt in the company was to keep your cool, do the best you can do, walk the extra mile and even though we were retrenched, they did their part and I was obliged to do mine. As soon as you treat co workers with respect they do the same for you and in that way you get more work done, more accurate and in a faster pace. A challenge is what keeps us going, to stagnate will make you old.

Retrenched
Loved working at Purozone. Unfortunately they needed to retrench some of us. Will miss everyone dearly and pray they make a comeback. I am grateful for the opportunity they gave me.
