Excellent learning curve

My objective is to develop relevant competent skills and pursue a career in the field of engineering. Furthermore, I want to enhance my knowledge in the usage of engineering as this skill will allow me to contribute greatly in engineering industry.

training in different workshops

i got an explore of the industry, while rotating between different workshops like boiler making and fitting, automation, electronics. got involved in projects that work with cnc machines and 3D printing machines.

Pros: exposure to industrial machines, project management,
Cons: insufficient time in different workshop.

Excellent learning curve

Although the salary is next to nothing the training is relatively good and compensate the money and its is an academic training center that almost solely relies on sponsors to keep afloat , the hours are also okay. The staff is also not too bad.

Pros: Solar PV training and energy management courses
Cons: Very low salary

Excellent learning experience

My working hours start at 07h00 to 16h00, I was trained mainly about mechanical engineering. I'm mechanical engineering I did various projects within the company where I had to design and manufacture.

Best training centre for tvet students

Working for this company was knowledgeable as it is a training centre . My relationship with my fellow colleagues and all personnel on the company was great.the only thing I would like them to change is how they treat their interns

Good

I work with different people every day, I met different challenges every day,I can work over time, trying new things with new people, lean how to coup in a difficult time, having to do same thing new.my incubators are so hard to work with because every one has there own mind and want things to be done the way they want, but I can do all that with a smile.

Pros: this campany can take u where ever you want to go
Cons: we dont work over time at my work place

Good working Area and excellent colleagues. The experience is good for me to face the industry.

The company is good for electronics interns because it has a production of routers which include using machines like pick and place machines, offline computer with jet printer machine, microwaves and oven. Soldering, programming and testing PCB board is major process of the production. Also how to control ESD in the lab or anywhere where the sensitive components are placed. We are all working together for excellence of the production.

I have the work safe procedures for the work place and enjoy getting to use the machinery.

the resolution circle is a work place where newly graduates come to improve their skills on work integrated learning, it is subdivide into boiler making, fitting and turning, carpentry , electrical department. Each of the departments has different instructors who introduce us to work safe procedures, risk assessments and work tools, for the first four weeks I have been at the fitting and turning work shop where I got to operate the milling machine, lathe machine, drilling machine and hand tools with the aid of the instructors.

Pros: work integrated learning experience
Cons: too many interns which at times can be over whelming for the instructor
