It's a good growing company which commercialised technology

Currently on the halt and hass, EMI, And technology management , we have a good relationship with my colleagues as we have to reach one goal at the end of the day, since I stArted I have learnt a lot in the company and am still learning, as a company we are challenged by clients sometimes when they give us a very short space of time to produce

Excellent technical learning Curve

Resolution Circle is a huge Electronic and Electrical Company of which helped me a lot to graduate and get my Diploma with practical , learned a lot in electronics, pneumatis,PLC's.working together building strong powerfu team players

Good way of learning about my career

Waking up walking to work make one realize time management is important. A good relationship with all the workers make you a well known person and in some meeting you can be ask to take a leadership. I have up-skilled my self on how to work with people and to talk with them in an understandable way. The most enjoyable moment is when I am given a task or project after I completed is that time I've to present it because I know I strive to make my job look good as possible. The most challenging aspects of the job is when you are leader and some worker likely to refuse to do a certain job so sometimes it leads one to be after that person all the time keep an eye on him.

Outstanding training skills.

Resolution Circle has help me grow in the working atmosphere, a chance to practice professionalism and being able to work under-pressure. In most projects that we did while studying I was a group leader and I always make sure that we all co-operate and that idea leads to good results. Beside that I was Peer Educator at High school level so I know how to lead people especially of the same. I listen carefully to what other team mates say about the work and I take note of every instruction from supervisor and colleagues as well. I ask questions at some point where I don’t understand.

Best training centre for tvet students

Working for this company was knowledgeable as it is a training centre . My relationship with my fellow colleagues and all personnel on the company was great.the only thing I would like them to change is how they treat their interns

Good training Curve

• CNC Machine: Worked with three types of CNC machines the lathe machine, milling machine and the EDM wire cutter. • Automation: worked on Unitronics PLC module using ladder diagram for programming on computer software, and the end managed to conduct a traffic light project using the PLC. • Printed Circuit Boards: Worked with three machines to solder small components, namely the pick and paste jet printer, the pick and place and the oven machine. We also did hand soldering and fault finding on huge telecommunication routers for production. • PV solar: Worked with Grid-tied system, and with the OFF Grid solar system. • Mechanical Engineering Design: Used Solid work computer software to design mostly mechanical structures used in industries and after the design we simulate to check if the design can be used in real life . I had a nice relationship with my co-workers and learnt a lot from them.

Good experience

I have good time management skills,I always meet deadlines,I have good technical skills and knowledge in the mechanical engineering industry and always involves good think analytical skills.
