Excllent learning curve

Rcs its financial company assisting people on affordable loan when ever you need, a througher credit check is done. But when comes to thier employees they are not fully taken care of.

Average

Company is average with regard to growth. People I work with is fine. Management average. Working at the company is average nothing extraordinary or to be excited about. Being micro managed works in some instances but not all. Co workers we will always have so make working with other people an enjoyable environment.

Comfortable work station. Pressure team work friendly and bubbly environment

Pressure,team work,Comfortable work station,friendly and bubbly colleagues. I l learnt to be patient think on my forehead and to find a balance between work and personal life.I enjoyed giving satisfaction to the customers.

Good place

RCS is a great company I enjoy to work as one of them but I believe I need change n growths so I can see more of my strength and challenges in other environmental expects to see myself how do i handle change and challenges

The company is very good financial company and and there u is a lot of growth in the company it has thought me a lot of ad adminstrator work and also customer service advisor work

Excellent learning curve

RCS is a good company and very well equipt. On a daily basis every day is a challenge but yet exciting and you earn everyday. I have a very good relationship with the people at work no issues with them. I learned alot and what the business is like and how things are run. i enjoy having my work done and doing it well. challenging is when things get abit difficult and i must ask advice to the more experienced people and learn from it of course.

Pros: I would like to grow within the comnpany and make a sucess
Cons: late shifts til 9 clock the evening

Incentive.Great people,great management.

Training salary was quite low ,you start off on a contract ,2 years later became permanant. Great benefits plus and you make your own commision.However for me personally no growth .Great people,culture and management.

Cons: No growth and expect to wait a while before permancy.

Always learning and developing

Underpayment for work load daily. Also don't. They don't look after the staff and is streated like the agent like they slaves provide any work life balance, they also make profit from cheap labor

It was a learning curve

It was a good experience for me but the salary was not good.its good for matriculated people, and the working environment is too and fun, have clinic and free gym.

Pros: To make money and not stating at home doing nothing. The staff is great and the office is nice to work in.
Cons: Salary is small
