Good for gaining work experience

Rcs is very good company and since I do not have any responsibilities the money issue does not really get to me. I've learnt a lot from the company and I am still learning . The company itself is great , the working hours are not that bad .Next year I will be studying so I'm looking for a company that will allow me to work night shift.

Pros: Company is great and the working space is just full of energy

Excellent learning curve

Pros: good reasonable commission structure

Excellent learning curve

its a very friendly enviroment,working under pressure because you have to meet some certain target,learning new things every day,working as a team most amazing thing helping each other what i enjoy the most about my job is incentives its actually motivates me to work more harder.

I have learnt more about people and the importance of giving best customer experience

I have grown a lot as person, i enjoy working with people, team work, made a lot of friends in my time at the call centre. What i like most about my job its when i have made customer happy, resolved the query .Customer is happy and aswell as the company that is wonderful for me. I strive to achieve the goals and the targets of my job. Rcs has given me opportunity to learn more about people and be client survey.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth they have different departments
Cons: Longs hours and their overtime is compulsory

Hard worker

I believe that I am a hardworking and well organised, disciplined individual. I consider it important to strive for self-development and endeavors at all times to perform my functions and duties with dedication and to respect the individuals I work with whether it be staff or customers.

Excellent learning opportunities

I started in the Inbound section and moved to the Outbound section. I became responsible for checking the required documentation and standing in for the Team Leader when she is on leave. I am currently working in the Telemarketing department and moving around and learning continuously is like food for my soul.

Pros: Learning opportunities
Cons: One does different job functions, but dont get the credit financially

My track record in sales is impecable.

I have managed sales teams as small as 11 agents up to teams of 30 successfully at RCS. I have easily adapted to the culture at RCS. I have built strong relationships across the business internally and externally. I have been fortunate to have been included in management and leadership courses sponsored by the company which I have completed. I have been in sales for over 10 years. I enjoy being the difference at new companies.

Pros: Great culture, has lots of potential to be great
Cons: Experience people leaving all the time which sets company back

Excellent learning curve

RCS is a good company and very well equipt. On a daily basis every day is a challenge but yet exciting and you earn everyday. I have a very good relationship with the people at work no issues with them. I learned alot and what the business is like and how things are run. i enjoy having my work done and doing it well. challenging is when things get abit difficult and i must ask advice to the more experienced people and learn from it of course.

Pros: I would like to grow within the comnpany and make a sucess
Cons: late shifts til 9 clock the evening

Incentive.Great people,great management.

Training salary was quite low ,you start off on a contract ,2 years later became permanant. Great benefits plus and you make your own commision.However for me personally no growth .Great people,culture and management.

Pros: Great Company
Cons: No growth and expect to wait a while before permancy.

I'm fast learner and I'm proccess driven,I don't easily give up I go extra mile with customer to provide the best service and I take good advices from good peaple in work environment.

Pros: great opportunity for higher positions
Cons: office hours
