I have developed to be a team player and also good at working individually, a normal day is to process loan and cards applications,capturing data and making calls to verify income,being able to work under pressure and still putting more attention to detail. most challenging is when you verify the income and call customer for missing information or getting clarity for income,then customers would beg or tell you to approve the application where as he doesn't have an income.

Achieving serbice levels with excellent service to the customer.
A testing environment where you need to be at your best as customers need account information to be broken down and simplified. To continuously go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction and follow process and achieve quality of service. Achieving call handling to keep service levels at 100% and to constantly multi task to complete a query
Pros: working under pressure, multi tasking , knowing processes and call flows

Excellent learning curve
Good day, At my current company i feel we are being treated unfair anf being under paid. We have shift which ends at 7 oclock at night We work 9 hour shifts which is tiring. We do not receive any kind if bonus. We do have a Kpi which we work towards. We do get 2 teas of 15 minutes each. Lunch which is 30 minutes and u dont get paid for the 30 minutes. Festive season we have shifts that ends at 22:00. I am currently unhappy where i am because there is no balance. It is basically just work

Excellent learning curve
Good company with a lot to learn. Best company to start at as an entry employee. Company has many chances for an individual to grow. They have good training facilities and a good environment to work in. High paced environment with multi systems to juggle.

Good learning curve
I focus mainly on drafting contracts but is involved in negotiations with counter parties and get exposed to the business side. I enjoy working with my colleagues and have a good relationship with most managers and executives. I have learned a lot about business, company structures and have developed my drafting and company secretarial skills. I enjoy being exposed to high profile transactions and travelling abroad. The most challenging aspect of my job is managing different personalities to achieve a common goal.
Pros: There are opportunity for promotion and working abroad within the group
Cons: A lot of politics, mediocrity is acceptable and no accountability

I am a dedicated and hardworking person I would like to earn more than I was earning before. I am willing to do my work to the best of my abilities. I like teamwork and assisting where I can.
Pros: my typical work day is to set a target and to make use I reach my target. working with my colleagues makes my day much easier and fun. I have learned a lot and I am willing to share my ideas of what I have gained during the day. I love working in fun and hardworking environment.
Cons: most challenging aspect is to go above my expectation by doing my best even if It includes working more hours than expected

You'll only be working there for the vibe
It's a nice place to go to everyday. The people and the vibe about the place is pleasant and not too stressful. The downfall is when it comes to remuneration. Going in, you're told that you'll be receiving a basic salary (which is nothing to brag about) and uncapped commissions. What you aren't told however is that the commission is based on how much sales can be made from the leads that runs out halfway through the month and so does your ability to make commission. With insanely high targets and terrible leads, you can get so close to your target and still not get any recognition.
Pros: The people are amazing and the hours aren't bad
Cons: The commission may be uncapped, but the leads aren't.

When putting the client first it makes thing much easier for you
Good Day Working for RCS is good, i see the company going olaces because they promote their employees and belief in them aswell I enjoyed working with Customers and solving their queries,working in my team we were and are still like family. What challenged me at RCS was being promoted to Night Shift because i wanted to further my studing in Business Admin but soon i once again proved to myself that i can do it The reason for me leaving is the try something different. When i arrived at RCS i considered myself as a hatching,in 6 months i went from the hatching to one of the best agents with the lowest AHT and QA score in the call centre I have hardworking and always give 100%

Learning curve
It is a great opportunity to start of career, it helps in gaining confidence. I work well with my colleagues, we respect ànd help each other. I have learned how to interact with customer, to strive to reach the target. I enjoy meeting different people, resolving problems.
