I see myself reaching the stars because of my abitious state of mind
Starting new things it's great. It motivate and groom a person. As I'm will and hoping to move on new things and to work to another field. I'm a team worker. Things that I can see as challenge is to do the work that you didn't get any training or when there is no instruction form to follow. To me it's a challenge because the struggle of working on it will cost the company and waste time.

L learnt a lot about plumbing
I Am doing plumbing training with rand water, as I did 6 months theory am looking for any company that can help me with practicals. I don't demand anything from the company that able to help me since am getting stipent from rand water board ( 2500pm). What I really need from the company that willing to help me it is training and more work. I am willing to commit and help the company to grow without any demand.

A great company to work for
I have learnt how important it is to be emotional intelligence, being in such a diversify environment helps with understanding that we are different as people and bringing our different backgrounds only helps us to be better. Typical day well it involves making sure that cash flow is prepared and delivered to the treasury department on time and it's accurate.

Excellent learning curve
I have learnt a lot from this company,l have even perfomed duties that l thot l was not capable of handling.i enjoy going tp construction site most to monitor contractors.i have an excellent working realationship with my co workers.

I would say , its the realization that at a work place we have colleagues not friends.
There is a pool of knowledgeable people to learn so much from. It is such an honor to be mentored under them and seeing what they can do makes one want to learn more and do more with her career . The environment is amicable and people are bubbly and friendly, its like a little heaven on earth. there will be those slight hiccups here and there but are always resolved as we are all adults here and try to make the environment as happier as possible. After all we spent most of our here. What i have learnt with my time here is to always plan your day, set your own goals and work on achieving those, always be true to self. One must be able to self motivate thyself, that is the core to get one going. and never to sleep on your self. I am not permanent here hence i am now looking for another job. If it was not that i would stay longer. Its lovely to work here .
Pros: Its diverse. So much to learn
Cons: Being given a task and being told its urgent, and being checked on every 2 seconds if you are doing the task , without even being asked if there is another urgent task that you are working on

I have project management certificate and Human resources management certificate.
I have project management skills,communication skills. Monitoring and evaluation skills. I can handle pressure. I have good presentation kills,report writing and minutes taking.
Pros: I enjoyed working with poeple. My manager was an hinestvoerson who taught me how to write a good report . How to prepare minutes

The work environment is tranquil and is pleasant. There is an amazing work culture and co-workers have a good relationship with each other. I have enjoyed making a difference in so many unemployed youths lives.

Goal Driven
I am passionate about my job, and always ensure to offer quality service. I plan my work in order to always monitor and ensure to achieve all tasks that I have to achieve. I am a team player, and relate well with each one of my colleagues. I have learnt the importance of doing the best and going an extra mile in everything you do. I enjoy working with people, because they are different and one has to always up her game to give each employee a best suited solution towards their problems. the challenging aspects of my work is the fact that every problem, no matter how similar it is to the next person, will never be addressed in a similar manner.
