Capacity building and talent department has grown my experience in training and development.
My work environment is always fascinating because of the nature of the job i do.it involves interacting with my clients.My relationship with my co workers is at the pick level because am a bubbly person by charector .i alwys make my people laugh and seeing them slime help maintain a goos relationship with people around my self.I enjoy when my work is challenging and having towork under pressure because i become more focused in what i need to archieve or meet my deadlines.Most challeng part of my work is when i have to deal with defficult clients who refuse to comply with policies and procedures of the company.thats when i have to excersice my problem solving skills

Education is key
At my current employer I have learned a handful and cannot complain as I took it as an opportunity not to be missed. Obtaining my diploma through their study grants was one of my highlights over the years. I've met some vibrant people over the period from instatenent till now. The culture there is zero tolerance when it comes to safety and very attentive to employee's wellbeing. A great company to work for, filled with activities and friendly people.

Cons: Not knowing what time you're going to knock off. Pipe bursts and leaks.

Good learning
I'm young hard working man who have electrical engineering N6 , semi skilled. I can work under pressure and with team I worked with single and three phase voltage. I worked at factory re wiring panels and other things.

Excellent learning curve
Great Company to work for, there are different challenges always with regards to the company customers which make for great learning opportunity. My relationship with co workers is excellent and i can definitely consider working for the company in the future.

Hard worker
i studied chemical engineering N1-N6 at vhembe tvet. i am a hard worker and i am also a fast learner. right now i am busy with war on leaks project, i am learning new things day by day we deal with water maintenance and purification . i am also a leader of the trainees

Electrician
I enjoy every moment special where is faulty because is where I use my skill to fix the problem as an Electrician when there's a fault I sick I don't rest until it is fixed complete. I gain confidence daily when I come Across different challenges and fix them.
