Education is key
At my current employer I have learned a handful and cannot complain as I took it as an opportunity not to be missed. Obtaining my diploma through their study grants was one of my highlights over the years. I've met some vibrant people over the period from instatenent till now. The culture there is zero tolerance when it comes to safety and very attentive to employee's wellbeing. A great company to work for, filled with activities and friendly people.
Pros: Great employee and retirement benefits
Cons: Not knowing what time you're going to knock off. Pipe bursts and leaks.

Good learning
I'm young hard working man who have electrical engineering N6 , semi skilled. I can work under pressure and with team I worked with single and three phase voltage. I worked at factory re wiring panels and other things.

Artisan trainee plumber
My current position is artisan trainee plumber, I'm employed by rand water but I did my practicals at govan mbeki municipality at secunda.. Im done with my practicals, waiting for training center to book for me to do my trade test. I can appreciate to work for your company, I'm hard working guy and a team leader..I learn fast and always admire to learn more if I get opportunity to do that. Municipality taught me how to work as group and different ages, to respect each other. How to work as at team and to share ideas at site to make work simple..

Great opportunity but less results
I'm currently on an apprenticeship and I'm now seeking a job due to high living standards and through this apprenticeship I have learned a lot of things that I didn't know and it is all about giving an opportunity to one to can train and be a qualified artisan and so far there was been ups and downs but I'm glad I had an opportunity like this
Pros: Our coordinator are not fullly active on doing their jobs and and they lack communication

Business knowledge
It is time for me to leave I have been in the same position for over ten years I need to be exposed to new business environment. My typical work day starts from 6 am then I am ready for work from 8am till 4:30pm. I have a healthy working relationship with my co-workers I have learnt about different business functions especially Project Management. What I enjoy most is to see the difference the company makes for the community in terms of clean running water and sanitation. The most challenging aspects of the job is taking Technical minutes as I am office bound I do not know how the sites look like

Im a very dedicated person
I advice on.the improvement of the quality .I do experiments to test new technologies .I write investigation report and recommendation.I monitor projects and executions.I assist on designs of plant and improvement of operation.
