Great insight to processing of Gold products
I START MY DAY EARLY 7AM. GENERATE VARIOUS METALL REPORTS FOR THE REFINERY AND SMELTER. IDENTIFY WHERE THE LOSSES AND GAINS ARE AND LLOK AT WAYS FOR THE NUMBERS TO IMPROVE. I HAVE LEARNT ALOT ABOUT THE REFINING AND SMELTERING PROCESSES. I ENJOY THE PRESSURES AND REWARDS IN THE PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT. WORKING WITH PEOPLE. LONG HOURS , NO WORK LIFE BALANCE.

I'm always willing to learn more within the company and make use of a great opportunity.
I'm a very hard working person. I have a great relationship with my co-workers and team. I've always learn to listen before I react on any decisions I make. I enjoy working with a team that works hard and want to achieve the same goal as all. Most challenging I would say is to fail as a team and not getting any targets complete.

The is a good working environment in terms of inter acting wthe employees but the environment in terms of micro management is bad pany is but one thing that I've learn is the good experience in terms of working in high volume of heavy work

Opportunity to build myself
fairly young team: recent graduates mostly company has systems but are not implemented and roles are centralised, most of the work is based on fundamental principles of chemistry so is important to learn to understand at school as most problems here require one to reflect on what they have learned at school

Responsibility on my actions on my job
Team work is very essential and starting and finishing work in time is very important. Being manageable and able to work under pressure.To be flexible and be able to help each other and must be willing to enhance skills an ability at any time. Willing to advance myself on skills and development programs that's available.

Learning curve
the workplace afforded me the ability to deal with people from different areas and personalities. Gained experience on different departments. Co-workers are very helpful. the benefits are good, from medical aid contributions to random checkers vouchers for company achievements.
