Just Ok,but no growth

You get to learn tough lessons of life, but there is no growth or staff mentoring or acknowledgement. Well its best to study further than to rely on retail

Own learning, self teachings.

You work independently a lot. Visits for auditing, are after a long time. No staff motivation from senior Management. I learned to motivate myself and make sure the target is reached. k independently a lot,.

Excellent learning opportunity

I have worked closely with the leasing department where I have learnt invoicing and filing. Given an opportunity to work with 2 provinces virtually Andcommunicatingew via telephonesfinancial issues. Got exposef to filing and invoicing.

Great opportunity to learn & develop one's skills and knowledge

Morning meeting are crucial as we plan and discuss a way forward with regards to driving turnover and accounts, the key to reaching monthly targets. Weekly training equips me & team in customer service, policies & procedures in order to deliver an excellent working inviroment. I enjoy most aspects of the job especially driving turnover , training and motivating staff, and merchandising. Difficult customers and disciplining staff is the most challenging aspect of the job

Learning curve

Grey company to work for but unfortunately no growth. Also the culture was great and friendly co workers. The size was great in a way that u were not just seen as a number and management knows u by name. Located very close to home as it is central. potential.

Learning fast

Ii am a fast learner . I enjoyed much when i work with outherpeoples. I ami lelove to learn new things everyday . I can overcome which an everyday challenges that i come across. Working as a group can make me to leafn new things fast .
