Learning curve
i worked at rage headoffice collecting debt it is a learning curve for me i get to talk with the customer to hear their problems not paying their debt and reach a agreement or to make a arrangement on how they will be able to pay

Worst company to work in. does not value staff
Working in Rage has a lot of mixed emotions. It's great to work in an environment where you are happy and staff is happy. But when you see yourself passed up on opportunity to improve yourself it's a let down. They never promote staffwwithin the company. A normal sales assistant who would know how to run a store would have to train a new manager from out of the company. And when staff speaks for their rights they immediately become labelled as rebels. No opportunity for growth in this company

Excellent sense of homour
I'm a hard worker. I learn fast. I posses the required level management, I know how needed to insure, lead, develop and motive staff. I pay attention to details, punctual and reliable, can work with or without supervision. I have the ability to cope and work under pressure, good verbal and written communication skills. I have the ability to multitask, able to work as part of a team. I have a patient outlook. I have have a good relationship with my co- workers respect one another. I have learn lot of things at the company I'm working to such as customer service and that I have mention above. The most challenging expect of my job is when you have to reach target for each Month.

Excellent learning curve
Working at my job is fun, and one learns a lot, but the conditions and how they handle staff is poor. They have no try regard for their employees, and the salary given is not accurate to the hours worked.

Excellent working experience
-Excellent work days with great colleagues -Strong and respectful relationship between myself and the co-workers -To perserve,tolerate,respect and the customer is always right -I enjoy helping out customers and selling them something similar to what they want if they can't find what they are looking for, housekeeping and making the store look neat -Stubborn customers

Excellent learning curve in the administration
my ability are extremely good , i work well under pressure. , no day is a hard day for me I have excellent telephone communication skills. I try and assistance to the best of my ability . I have excellent leader skills . Excellent administration skills. I m an enthusiastic individual . I show interest in learning new and different things . I m a very dedicated to what ever is it i do ,i work well with other . the most challenging aspect is working with a difficult customer I loved my job however its not the job i want to be in for the rest of my life .

Retail experience
I find it interesting to work under retail because i get to interect with lot of people and get to know types of people in a way that i find it easy to deal with their queries or complaints. The good part about retail is that you don't get to do one thing but multiple things for example:stock receiver,merchandiser clothing &shoes,cashier,opening accounts,customer service as well as cleaning. When it comes to colleagues i take that as a life challenge because everyone is different in their own way meaning i have to accept everyone as they are and learn to live with them happily to obtain my working relationship with them.And if a do so they are so many chances of a good performance of the store.
