I’m good with excel, word and PowerPoint and they also gave me an insight about customer service

Excellent service for customers

Typically working days is when we have lots of customers and we have to secrifies our lunch and help everyone in the store. We hade a very good relationship with my team mates we helping each other every time. I have learned to work under pressure and help customers with a good hurt under no circumstances that I fight with a customer.

Fast leaner

Getting to wake up every morning and going to work gave me a great opportunity to interact with people,getting along with my colleagues reached or made me realise that team work is the best weapon to meet the dead lines and growing the company, it made me realise that a person can not know everything so its good to learn some of the things from other people and the other way round ,working as a team leads to good customer service and making our clients happy and satisfied. I enjoy speaking to my clients and offering the service in a proper and good way,the most challenging aspect of the job is when I have to deal with too many clients but then I've learned how to handle it and how to multi task

Amazing industry to work in

Working at rage was a new thing for me and being a manager was very hard at first,but got hang of things it was a smooth sailing,typical day would be dealing with the g4s banking,communication is the best thing,being a manager does not mean you are always correct or you know everything

Pros: Its a good feeling being promoted and so do my bank account
Cons: Working on holidays
