I've grown professionally, the company assist me financially with my studies through a bursary.

Work as team
I was working as filler Operator, my responsibility is to understand gmp, haccp. My other responsibility i was a reliever to relieve downstream operator, such as film wrapper operator, shrink operator and cardboard packer operator. Our responsibility as,the operator is to make sure that we follow gmp protocol and make sure that we understand haccp. We make sure that our working place is clean, we also in protocol of ISO.

Wonderful environment
Working at Pioneer foods it give me a such wonderful experience in the retail environment especial this pandemic where everyday i meet different people and share the experience about Coronavirus.Day to day experience in company it's very interesting even I have a long I can able to enjoy my life after work it want like about these job. The experience is relevant to my tertiary qualification
The working experience is great and it can help in me advancing in my career,however Im worried about the hourly rate for graduates as opposed to what the people on the floor are getting(eg casuals,general workers,machine operators etc). There"s a need for more mentoring and coaching in this regard.

Excellent in gaining experience
Short working hours. I have a very excellent relationship with my co-workers. It gives me a great driving experience, to what I enjoy the most is working hand in hand with my co-workers. What is the most challenging aspects has to be hijacking. A lot of hijacking happens in this industry

It was a great opportunity to get exposure and experience.
Working at Pioneer Foods in-store was a great experience I have ever had in a work place ,I developed my set of skills,actually the abest room for self development for people with no experience,I gained a lot from them,now I am looking for a environment that will provide betterment and allow me me to utilize my skills and knowledge
