Was a learning curve
I worked very well with my company and I only left because I wanted better opportunities. Nothing would have stopped me from working for them. The money I was paid also could not satisfy my needs.

Hard working
long hours work, can't sit down, making sure the lines run non stop and work job of 2 people. The communication is poor, payslip not clearly explained, hard to go see HR

Boiler operator
I normally do maintenance at boiler house, I've learn so many things by challenging my co-workers to do our job perfectly and safe. I have a good relationship with other employees because I'm the supplier as working with steam
Pros: The is opportunity as it was a small company
Cons: At boiler house you can't leave the machine unattended, so sometimes you have to work long hours

Excellent learning culture
I have a btech degree in operations management. I have experience in operations, procurement, stock and distribution. I am currently employed at pioneer foods as a distribution planner/supervisor.. I enjoy working individually and within a team. I have good communication with my team and work well together. Looking for employment in Durban and abroad Thank you

Am I earnings a fair salary, I don't think so. Promotions/upgrades/employment must stop being given to the next avail candidate without even experience.

Typical work day will include project meetings, business enhancements, stakeholder meetings, IT issue resolution and team management meetings. No company culture, living in 1950 technology wise
Grind grind and grind, its about who you know and not what you know. i have learnt helping people is not always good they take advantage. Knowing your seniors aspirations is important.

Self motivation
I enjoy working with a team. Working as a team it is easier to be multi skills. I enjoy working on challenging environment, were is the setting up of targets. It makes me to work very quickly so I can able to reach my target. I actually enjoy working shift system.
Pros: No development.
Cons: High level of acting employees on permanent position...it's been 2years now.
