A good company to work for if you have mastered copying with various amounts of pressure at various times. There is no dull moments and you are possible going to work all the public holidays if you are in the manufacturing side of the business

Excellent learning curve
i was responsible for administrative duties,answering phonecalls,file management and also had to take on a managerial role as my manager was on maternity leave.I had a great relationship with my co-workers and describe myself as a peoples person. i have learnt that you can do anything you set your mind on. i enjoy the challenges that goes with a job. the most challenging was to fill the role of the manager.

Excellent learning curve.
I am working as an Intern Credit Controller assist everyone that is in need of help in the department and making sure the Credit Application forms are correct and accurate. - I check daily for possible payments to make sure and follow up on difficult customers with many outstanding balance when necessary. - The relationship is positive as they don't under estimate as an intern and they allow me to learn either. - I learnt how to behave in workplace as it is my first experience being in the workplace and I learned effective of communicating to the customers by means of emails and phone calls as well. - I enjoy clearing of payments and the reconciling of customers' accounts. - The most challenge is the difficult customers and those who don't stick on their payment terms.

No opportunity to be promoted further.
Start of the day with inspections and check for tasks handed over from previous shifts, ether tasks needing more attention or spares maybe. Do daily stock take and look for opportunities for plant improvement. Hand out daily tasks and preventative maintenance tasks.

I have done merchandising training
Thank you an opportunity well working on my previous job was very challenging special on peak hours on month end time but in all its was a training to me because I serve 9 years do what I was employed for! I was a field market what that mean I was ordering Pioneer foods and also do stock controls on shop flow,I was in charge of two colleagues who were working under me well I still have their details in case to ask how was my skills and team working. My day job was to make sure I do deal like bulk buying into client that way incentives was a prior .

Cons: Month end I use to work extra hour due to unlimited n.o of customer's in-store

I have learned a lot in this company from receiving til dispatch. It is a great company to work for.
Quality controller is responsible for testing finished products, analyze and compute data and record information. They also ensure that the finished product is a best quality, by testing samples of materials, components (e.g. sugar, moisture), conduct physical and chemical test to ensure the product conforms with the standard specifications and reporting to the unit supervisor. Quality control/assurance also apply laboratory hygiene and safety procedures. Inspection of raw materials upon receiving and filling certification of analysis of all the received materials. I enjoyed working with good people their treatment. the most challenging was when am running 2 plants at the same time and there are producing out of spec product.
