Great experience
Its a tough industry to work in more at work then at home. A typical day would start of on a high and would only finish when I would leave the premises. Wonderful relationship with colleages. I've learnt alot over the years working and one thing i can mention is ,If I start something no matter how challenging it my seem, You can rely on me to complete it .
Pros: Gain a lot of experince in different fields
Cons: Long working hours, one person doing 10 people's work

Great learning experience
There are normal work day where u just have to stand and promote products and days where u can be very busy allocating products any a away tge product is supposed to be marked. I have a very good way with people and I would say any One inthe field a fond of me and I also like every one and I am a happy personality. I have learned to be a team player and to work with people in different pressures and different shops all of the major retail stores I enjoy customer service alot u get to understand customer behavior and how to deal with unsatisfied customers and win them back The most challenging part is when you are out of stock and yet you have to assure customers that you will make sure that when they come back next time you will have the product they are looking.
Pros: I get to interact with customers and different people
Cons: Buys month ends with alot of business

In the workplace
its like working for yourself with dedication, passion and honesty in the workplace. we work as a team to accomplish our goal. to be the supervisor of my team I really strive to do my best with my co-workers in making sure they learn the way I learned from my manager in getting them ready for the next level in the business

I'm self motivated and dedicated, I like to grow within a company, I can work in a team, I respond well in a team, I take responsible to any matters I'm being given or appointed to do. I'm consistently i don't give up easily, I give respect to anyone i work with. I have worked for my company for the past 5years, I have grown within the company, I have learn to multitask, sometimes my mananger will let me perform his duty i have took that as a growing and learning stage, my co-workers i have worked good with them. Iv enjoyed every moment with my co-workers and mananger.

GOOD WORKING BALANCE
The company and my position in specific allows me to work hard and also have a pleasurable social time with my family. The perks and benefits at Pioneer Foods will want people to retire at this company however the salary will need to be reviewed.

I learnt a lot from co - workers.
I enjoy working for the company and I learnt to respect and and love my co - workers. Regarding to work related, I am not realy enjoy the environment. It's cold, that is why I want to make a move soon. In refrigeration you work in the cold most of the tome. The company is big and it has opportunities for each and every individual who has ambitions to develop but for me I feel like I want to learn new things out side and meet new people as well. I how I can see myself develop. In terms of challenges there are so many challenges when you are a worker whether you are a manager are ordinary worker, challenges are always there, are employees you work with remember, We are not coming from one and the same home.
