Excellent opportunity to grow
After my matric I did engineering and I was previlage to receive an apprenticeship but unfortunately when I finished I didn't find a job so I took what was available at that time to survive financially and I have grown to enjoy the retail industry as well so I see these post a a very excellent opportunity to merge both my technical knowledge and retail experience.. I'm a very fast learner. I pay attention to details. I a hard worker. I enjoy working individually as much as I do enjoy working in a team. Working individually highlights skills, passion, knowledge and ability to work under pressure whilst working in a team highlights communications skills. Listen skills, Reliability, accountability, and it were one can see if you're able to work in a team and the exchange of knowledge is incredible. U never stop learning and therefore growing in the industry I believe I'm the best candidate because I am always ready for any challenge. Once I'm determined to do something I do it, I give it my 110% effort

Good learning ladder
ive learned a lots of thingz like how to handle customers situation....how to build a strong team meet the companies standard..ive learned to be passion on whats im doing be honest with the collegues nd my job nd be alwayz resourcefullness...ive learned to meet the deadline work under pressure

I'm a creative person
I'm a energetic person also love to come up with New ideas in the group and I love working as a group because it helps me to learn more.i come at work on time I don't come late or sometimes give my self a leave I don't do that because I respect my job and my manager because if it wasn't him I would be not working but because if his or her mercy I'm working .most challenging thing in the company is when u have to work even if it's holiday but my self I don't have problem with working on holiday as long as I'm going to be paid it's fine.

Learning curv
I worked for pep stores for seven years and I have learned a lot through the company , I learned how to treat customers , how to respect then , treating them with dignity and respect. And that every customer comes first , and how to keep the business going , be business minded always think business.

Learned a lot on dealing with different kinds of people and emotions.
Its beautiful to work with people in a team that has the same goal. You also vecome a therapist at some point help people with their problem and learning that life is not about you only and life revolves all the time what worked yesterday might not necessarily work today. Customer complains will taught me to be calm at all times not to overthink or rush with your solutions. Its always good to take time and listen.

Healthy relationship with my colleagues
I had very good relationship with my former colleaguestudent. I learnt importance of time and good customer service. I enjoyed giving service to our customers and lessons that were offered to us by a company. Multitasking was the most challenging aspect.

To be your self and do the best you can even if you are not being recognized
A typical day everyday, managing is not that easy at pep, very much challenging as a manager you need to make sure everyday thing is done 100% and having a leader who never see a job well done in your store is not easy,plus the staff they always drag their feet as they always say when your leader comes here will not see our hard work. Is very challenging nd very stressful you find your self thinking about work.

Good working experience with colleagues
A regular day work is quite intense but has break time excluding tea-time. The intensity of the work is on pay days where there are too many customers. Nonetheless, the work is done fully and I become content that it is done on time as required. The relationship with co-workers is very friendly at all times because each an every one of us is doing their duties as expected with commitment, little time is spent socializing. What I learned importantly from working at Pep Stores is that consistency yields good result. For example, one of my co-worker is permanent and it took her 5 years before she could be appointed a permanent position. I learned how management works and how to always get things done. I enjoyed seeing young children with their parents when they came by the store. It is such a lovely moment one could ever experience with their little ones at the store. The challenging part of my job was that of working at different Pep stores at which I sometime struggle to afford transport.
