Can learn fast, hard worker, team worker, honest, respectful and determined.
I can work in teams and I have a good relationship with my teams, and they can take instructions and one thing I love about them is that they are willing to learn. What I have learned as a person is that be strict but always love unconditional and respect people because love covers all, in other words when my coworkers filled respected they will do the job with love but if they are angry though will affect the company.

I worked for pep stores for seven years and I have learned a lot through the company , I learned how to treat customers , how to respect then , treating them with dignity and respect. And that every customer comes first , and how to keep the business going , be business minded always think business.

It's a good start for any experience
I have thought myself so much in this industry/company, I have learnt to handle huge amounts of money,problem solving and listening customers complaints, execute excellent customer service,yes the little I get I wont complain. I'm not a manager but most customers when they come with their problems,they end up asking if I'm the manager and tell me that I should get a promotion. I have learnt alot in my colleagues even though they are difficult to deal with but learnt to be a team leader and make everyone to feel free around my presence,I master in team work.every I climbe the ladder ,i do end of day duties and even start of duties.i make sure that we reach the sales target.

Sufficient experience build up.
I learned how to handle different customers and also how teamwork in a company is very important. I enjoyed working with people on a daily basis. The challenging part of the job is the little chance of getting promoted.
