Excellent learning curve
Working with a great small bunch of people that are friendly enough to assistant anyone coming to the store. Enjoying the teamwork we have and communication towards each other. I have learned the teamwork and customer service skills and how to communicate with my coworkers and customers in a very friendly way.

Excellent learning curve.
Working at my company is enjoyable as you interact with different customers on daily basis. We have a good working relationship. I have learnt that team work is power. What I enjoy most is customer service. The most challenging aspect of my job is to reach daily targets on quiet days.What I also enjoy is a time whereby we attend a prize giving ceremony. We meet with other areas , expressing our team spirit, motivational speakers and setting goals for a new financial year.
Pros: Target bonus if you achieve a month budget

Fair rights and privilegdes
There are barely internal promotions. Most of the time, applicants from outside are obtaining promotions. There's no provision of security. I have learnt a lot when it comes to company rules and culture

I have learn to work with a team and I have learn that when you working with team you have to provide your own skills... most challenging is helping customers because we are dealing with different customers whom sometimes hardly understand the operation of the business

Excellent partnership
For the past 3 year's I've been working for pep stores, I did different tasks e.g cashier, packing of stock and customer services. The worst experience I had is during every festive season as we always had high percentage of stock loss, its a busy period. I enjoyed working as a team as we always shared different ideas and opinions.

Great Customer service,God Listining skills and able to work under pressure.
