we had training every tuesday and what i loved its some of our training material was not all about work but how to deal with life , money management and stress., we were a family.

I have on abtain an experience of 2 months in the sales industry as a general worker
I have obtained a two months experience working at pep stores as a general worker a store which attracts more customers with different needs and wants and with different attitudes towards different pep store worker . all you need is to take your time to understand everyone and anyone who comes across you with a problem and you need to be time managing and should be fast and energetic
Pros: I strive everyday to get a permanent position but all I get is being a p27 part time job and applying for this current job can make a difference to my life and to the business of which if they give me a chance to join them in their company
Cons: I have worked 9 hours but my hours are only 8 hours a day and of which I always plan on what to do within the 8 hours everyday

Good learning curve
It has been eye opening, I have been exposed in my things. The chances to get educated are available. staff is given time now and again to express their views and also given opportunity to advice which helps in building the great team.
Pros: promotions are rare

Excellent learning curve
It is very nice working at pep stores because you meet new people everyday i like pep stores culture the inviroment is very friendly and the staff pep stores is my second home.
Pros: there no such thing as a managers responsibility on some of the thing we are all responsible for our shop
Cons: we only get not more than 4 days off in a month including Sundays. wich is quiet a challenge

Learning curve
working at Pep stores is just like being at home. everyone knows everyone and we ae like a family. we show appreciation towards our clients and love to help them when they need our help.

Learning curve
meeting new people and building a relationship with them and become more like a family than a business. we learn about all different cultures and know how deal with people of all sorts of cultural and religious backgrounds

Excellent learning opportunity
working at the company i work in has tought me a lot ,being flexible ,working under pressure,and learning how to work independent and along with my colleagues.I enjoy most meeting different people knowing ive been able to help or change their lives.The most changelling aspect of working at this company is being over worked and under paid
